  1. I also found that a stanley knife was useful to cut round the sealant when it was warm... HTH Steve :)
  2. Cancel that, it won't run on Vista Home :nelson: Host operating system: Windows Vista Business, Windows Vista Enterprise, Windows Vista Ultimate, Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition, Windows Server 2003 Standard x64 Edition, Windows XP Professional, or Windows XP Tablet PC Edition Sorry bud :(
  3. Try Microsoft Virtual PC - it's a free download and should solve the problem... http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/virtualpc/overview.mspx HTH Steve :)
  4. Just remember "old laptop = crap battery life" (unless you can find a new battery for it and they're generally not cheap!) Steve :)
  5. I'd be laughing if it wasn't true   Steve :)
  6. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140139438176&ru=http%3A%2F%2Fsearch.ebay.co.uk%3A80%2Fsearch%2Fsearch.dll%3Ffrom%3DR40%26_trksid%3Dm37%26satitle%3D140139438176%26fvi%3D1 It's a bit busy with the stickers (inside and out!) and I've not seen a blue plenum before! Looks like a well specced Z32 though  Steve :)
  7. Fook me - sorry to see mate but glad you're ok! Steve :)
  8. Have you tried running in compatibility mode for XP SP2? Right click the icon, choose properties, click on compatibility and choose XP SP2. HTH Steve :)
  9. My rear main seal was leaking and it ran down onto the filter. Can make the source difficult to diagnose... Steve :)
  10. Where abouts in London were you Chris? It's a big place ;) And six quid for a sarnie and orange juice - you'd never catch me paying that :nono: Steve :)
  11. I might be interested Chris - please let me know P&P to Brands Hatch ;) Steve :)
  12. Most likely you've got an AGP slot Greg, unless it's a really new PC in which case it may be a PCIe (PCI Express) Steve :)
  13. Usually much easier than on a desktop Mark. You should find a removeable flap on the underside of the laptop (usually held in place by 2 x small screws). It's usually a case of straight plug and play. Check you've got a free slot before you order though ;) I've never purchased RAM from Ebay - too much inferior, cheap crap about IMO. Let me know if you need any help bud ;) CheerZ Steve :)
  14. ChrisC's car made it round in about 8½ minutes with a very good driver at the wheel ;) http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=91470 Steve :)
  15. Looks like a nice clean example - good work fella  Steve :)
  16. LOL - spot on Steve  I really hate these scum. You see their kids and think "That's the next generation of idiots and they're going to be worse than this bunch". I find it really depressing :( Steve :)
  17. It's just you ;) :D
  18. Congratulations to both of you. Have a great honeymoon! :hyper: Steve :)
  19. Great news - a good decision IMO   Steve :)
  20. I finally got HD last month after being tempted by the £150 and free install offer. Very impressed so far but looking forward to some more HD channels. Just about to bin my BT Business broadband after 7 years and switch it to Sky as well. Fingers crossed eh? ;) Steve :)
  21. If it's on wireless bud, make sure the wireless adapter is enabled and working and that it can see the wireless SSID. Buzz me if you get stuck :D Steve :)
  22. Not sure if the laquer will survive the heat TBH. I'm not sure if my calipers are cast or ally, but they certainly haven't corroded at all.. Steve :)
  23. You can also use a file to bring the Nissan lettering back to metal - worked well for me  Steve :)
  24. Vijay - this may well be a permissions issue after all. Take a look at the following: This is a permission issue. If the net view command fails with a "System error 5 has occurred. Access is denied." message, 1) make sure you are logged on using an account that has permission to view the shares on the remote computer. 2) Need to cache credential: logon the same username and password on both computers or use net net use \\computername /user:username command. 3) Make sure the Netlogon service is running. Give me a buzz if you need some help with the above ;) HTH Steve :)
