I've had mine for over 10 years and since the 60,000 cambelt change I've serviced it myself (just oil, fluid and filter changes). You certainly won't find many Nissan dealers working on these now and stamping the service books.. Steve :)

The one I worked on looked the same - a very dark reddy brown. The box I was working on had a blocked strainer so it did have some problems though :( Steve :)

I used to have the old version of this one. It worked really well and required no special client software IIRC (need to check this!) I just used it as a security camera when I was away from home, but it would suit your application just as well... HTH Steve :)

Thanks for all the replies! Panic over - she called this morning, very apologetic and explained that she hadn't used the chq book for ages and the whole book may have been cancelled. She has offered to pay me cash today including my bank charges :cool: Off round to see her shortly... CheerZ Steve :)

It's been returned as "Stopped" not "refer to drawer". This means that she actually called the bank to place a stop on the cheque as far as I understand... :(

She only lives 5 mins away from me so I'll keep that option in reserve. Will wait to hear from her first though... Steve :)
