  1. Depends how tall you are Leigh ;) Steve :)
  2. I've got the same problem when cold Nigel, and I've got Smithy's SS Fuel Lines! I haven't looked under the throttle cable cover yet though. Would be interested to hear if you track yours down bud... Steve :)
  3. I recently bought and fitted a set of Apexi BOVS. Bit of a pain to fit (I think because it was a UK car), but very pleased with the results  Now find myself driving with the window slightly down and changing gear when passing kids at bus stops :slap: Details of my experience here Steve :)
  4. LOL - my aftermarket water temp gauge goes up with engine load/revs. When the engine is hot, it stays where it should, but until then, the temp reading drops when idling  I've tightened up the sender and this seemed to help, but it still happens now and then :( Sorry to hijack! :slap: Steve :)

That indicator is the Cat Overheat warning light. Usually suggests that unburnt fuel is finding it's way into the pipes and igniting in or before the cats Steve :)
  6. Very strange.. Doesn't look right having the hand brake furthest from the driver (even if it is mirrored) Steve :)
  7. Hi Mark The Apexi should have come with a sender unit AFAIK. My sender was supplied with my gauge.. Where did you get your gauges from? Steve :)
  8. Oil pressure sender info here Still not got mine sorted  HTH Steve :)
  9. Thanks bud! Gutted I'll be missing JAE but these are the only dates we can both get away this year :slap: Steve :)
  10. I'll be missing both of 'em this year  Off on honeymoon on 23 July ;) Steve :)
  11. Many people T into the vacuum hose on the driver's side of the balance bar. You will just need a suitable T piece to do this. If the Blitz hose is too small, you can fit a small length of silicone hose over the end of it and secure it with a mini jubilee clip to make an air tight seal. My boost gauge came with a very small hose that looks like it's a windscreen washer pipe  HTH Steve :)
  12. I had this after my alarm fitter accidentally disconnected a pipe in the passenger footwell (aircon condensor?) Reconnected and all was dry again... Steve :)
  13. I've cured my annoying smoke problem - I removed the rear view mirror :D
  14. Alright girls - I'm not getting in the middle of this one :p Steve :)
  15. LMFAO    Good work fella ;)
  16. lol - nice to see you back Adam (you troublemaker! :slap: ) Steve :)

You may find it's from the lower rad hose joint... If you need a replacement rad try our Trader's section for second hand ones (AndyZ, Dave C or RiceRocketUK). If you've got the cash to splash, get a performance Koyo or Howie rad.. HTH Steve :)
  19. Welcome to the club! To bleed the PS just top up the reservoir (leave the lid off) and turn the steering wheel from lock to opposite lock a few times. Continue to top up until the correct level is maintained. Hope to see you at some of the South East meets! HTH Steve :)
  20. Full DIY guide here Steve :)

  24. Shouldn't be a problem but I've never come across a UK car with bulbs in the wing lenses. It's basically the same job I've got to do with my 99 Spec front bumper.. (just not got round to it yet  ) Steve :)
  25. You pay peanuts, you get... Steve :)
