  1. Kev, I know that David (RiceRocketUK) is getting a black Zed in the next couple of weeks to break. He's based in Leatherhead so not too far from you either. Might be worth giving him a buzz (see traders section). Steve :)
  2. Nice wheel arches :xxx: And he's not picked one, but two of the worst colours  Steve :)
  3. Ouch - bad luck Kevin :( Not too sure about the damage assessment, but you couldn't have hit that pole any more head on! Not touched the headlights by the look of it. Hope you get it back on the road bud! Steve :)
  4. Smithy's Fuel Line Kit is a popular solution for fuel smells on startup. HTH Steve :)
  5. Welcome to the club fella! I was going to bid on that ebay front strut brace until I saw you'd beaten me to it ;) Good luck finding a car - you'll love it when you get one! CheerZ Steve :)
  6. Have you done this yet Dave ;) Steve :)
  7. Both my Zeds have let off occasional eggy whiffs! As Mike said above, it's sulphur burning in the cats. No more cats = no more smell  Steve :)
  8. Yes it was (just checked Z Club!) :slap:
  9. Was the Z31 ever available as a UK car? Steve :)
  10. Hope it all worked out bud :(
  11. Where'd you go? Steve :)
  12. :slap: Would definitely check for rust under the sills on UKs as some have been clumsily jacked  Steve :)
  13. LOL - looked great Jay. Will definitely make it to the next one! Steve :) PS. Yob!
  14. Nah, I don't think you caught him at a bad moment ;) Steve :)
  15. Usually means power steering fluid needs topping up.. Steve :)
  16. Good to see you (and the car) back Martin  Steve :)
  17. Think it may be a squeeze - what's on the other end of the loom? You may need to cut the wires then reconnect after feeding them through.. Steve :)
  18. lol - Sk93, where are you??! I think he's the man to ask. My boot install has a seperate live feed direct from the battery. Not a good idea to run off another circuit (eg: boot light) as you may overload it and blow the fuse.. Steve :)
  19. Most can do, but if it's a permanent install, you'd be better off taking a live feed from somewhere nearer the unit. This would be a neater solution.. Steve :)
  20. Good news Rich - keep it up! Steve :)
  21. You will usually need a power inverter (12V DC to 240V AC). Some examples here Steve :)

  23. LOL - wish they'd told us  ;) Steve :)
