I've got mesh on my 99 front and no cooling probs at all. From what you've said, it sounds like the size of your mesh may have been too restrictive. However, I've seen fairly fine mesh on Zeds with no reported problems (eg: Paul C) Still a possibility that there was an airlock in the cooling system somewhere before you flushed it again. I've had this a couple of times even though I've been very careful with bleeding and topping up... Steve :)

I'm quite happy to provide for those who have a genuine reason for not working (eg: health probs) but I resent paying out for lazy, worthless scum who spend half their benefits on fags.
