Old and new style injectors and rails
Thanks Mark, what I was thinking just as I was about to order a new loom is that i'll have to change all the injector connectors as soon as I uprate the injectors so I would be better off getting a newer style loom now and just changing the standard injectors for the time being? Since I posted i've just realised that other things like the PTU and CAS might be different as well so i'd need the newer options on them as well. Any opinions on those thoughts?

Old and new style injectors and rails
I currently have old style injectors in my fuel rail, am I right in saying to run injectors with new style plugs I need a newer style fuel rail or an adaptor kit? Is there any advantage to having the newer fuel rail over the old?

Spark plug type and size for a modified TT
Ah gotcha, I didn't scroll down further than the guide. Get a long wrench the plugs are pretty deep and make sure you don't loose the balance bar O-rings when you remove it they are expensive to replace

what do you think
Mark, if you make your own mark on a pulley how would you go about checking the timing is actually right?

Bobgenies slicktop....extreme makeover
So is Bob going for the full round of Time Attack next year? If you have a large rear wing is it going to affect top speed with the friction of extra downforce? Are you going to use any of those spoilers at the side of the front bumper to keep the front down? Bob took me out for a session at Snetterton a couple of weeks ago, the car is bonkers fast in a straight line, sticks round the corners and sounds amazing! A combination of engine, whistling turbos and a dog box, can't beat it:rockon:

17psi how can I turn it down!
As you said i'd stick it on the rolling road and get them to shove the wideband up each exhaust for a pull

Stock Z32 TT Brakes... bit sh*t? or do I need to get better discs and pads?
Hard pipes won't work as you need to be able to turn the wheel, braided is your best option. Contact Silver_Surfer on here, he has some brand new Goodridge braided hoses for sale

Re-installing gearbox - some advice
There's a few cables that need connecting such as the speed sensor, make sure you tie that loom up that comes back from the engine bay, don't let it hang down. There should be a couple of bendy ties to do that. I do have a pic but not handy

Headlights fitted with Halo Angel Eyes and HID's.
They look fab Andy excellent work! Those Phillips Halogen H1 bulbs you're using for the mains, are they a white light? My mains look a ghastly yellow compared to the dipped HID's

Cheers Mark, I was just wondering if I could swap the compressor housings over while eating dinner. What do I need to check the turbine cover for?

Need some turbo and piping info and advice
I have two pairs of tubs one with M24 and the other with M27 on, is one manual and the other auto? The pipework I got with the M24's bolts straight onto the inlet and outlet of the compressor. The M27's have no bolt holes and looks like it needs couplers to attach the pipework. These are the tubs I will be using. Is there different pipework for different models? If so can I just replace the first section for each tub, will it meet up with the rest alright or do I need a full system?
