id trim it all i dont think flocking would look right its quite rough and hard u could try alacantra looks similar think its quite dear thogh

its a pain to keep clean, but it can look quite smart on the right car ie stripped out racer not so much on a road going leather clad sports tourer lol, are you trying to get rid of the terrible glare on the windscreen?

100% with you personaly i think nurses should be ringfenched as most of them are caring people as lets be honest its not well payed/glamorous or easy, and i also think its wrong and vile that people who dedicate their lives to helping others are payed a fraction of someone who kicks a ball around on some grass for an hour and a half a week and not just payed less but actualy RESPECTED less. makes me sick tbh

tbh i agree with him for the most part i think its outragous that the work shy can earn 30k from popping out sprogs and that tube drivers earn a frankly stupid and unwarrented 38k for doing a job a trained monkey could do!!! BUT my mrs is a nurse she works 12 hour shifts litteraly saving lives (shes a cardiac nurse) and the shit she has to put up with makes me sick she recently got kicked in the face by a dementia patient that they couldnt restrain or siddate because of human rights laws, they had to lock themselves in an office because a group of gypsys had come into the ward and wouldnt leave!!! and for putting up with all that and more besides she earns £24500, well below the uk average the only thing that makes her job worthwhile is her good pension at the end of it, im not saying keep ALL the pensions but leave the nurses alone for christ sake because with out them who would we turn to when we really need help I guess all im saying is dont tar everyone with the same brush, and dont take the NHS for granted

you could always try a trade policy i got some pretty good quotes off them not to long ago and you can just drive any car you want! put the zed in someone you trusts name and jf you get pulled up you were taking it for a test drive wernt you??

well put as always vodkashots, i think your right about ditching the box tbh i wouldnt say i rag the car but im not shy of giving it the beans between the lights i dont do the whole speed thing run though it just not for me i just think it put too much strain on every part of the car. i think the conversion and a map are the way forward for me maybe some bigger injectors for safteys sake.

yea sounds likea rebuild is the right way for you if you want reliable 500hp!! although tbh a 350rwd car is still a pretty quick motor!! tbh i want to avoid the rebuild ive got a 550hp civic and thats my toy the zeds like my gt car really id like to keep the auto box but its gonna be a pain to map it as it just wants to kick down all the time im just after a bit more kick and just and its holding back a bit at around 4k

well mines a recon engine about 8000 miles ago just wondering what the limits of the stock parts are i know it all depends on tune, driver, quality of parts fitted ect... but what do most people get out of a stock engine? tbh id rather 400hp reliably than 450hp and its gonna throw a rod or kill a turbo after 2000 miles

if you want awd its all about evo power, everyone i know who owns a scooby only bought one because they couldnt afford and evo!!! ive never heard of an evo driver moaning about reliablity or wanting to trade for a scooby

out of curiosity how much power is safe on stock pistons and rods ive heard of around 420-450 atf with supporting mods obviously

tbh i cant speak highly enough of admiral i got a quote from go compare of 1000 from admiral which was the cheapest and the american guy i spoke to actualy went out of his way to get my quote down even more and eventualy got it down to the 850 i pay now

24, 1yncb, uk tt auto, 1 no fault claim 850 a year fully comp with admiral try putting fully comp down it actualy cut around £800 off mine weird i know but im guessing all the little boy racers put their cars down as third party only then go plough into a merc/bmw or something

congrats mate it looks pretty tidy, i bought my first zed a few months back and have loved every day of driving it and youve come to the right place for help and advise i cant tell you how helpfull everyone is on here!! have fun in the wet weather btw :s lol

annoyingly i may have to do all that next weekend as i tested mine today and neither front ones drain onto the floor looks like a proper pain in the arse aswell

are you happy with how the car performs on the road? if you are dont worry about the numbers ive always been told not to chase numbers if your happy with the real world performance i wouldnt be dissapointed at all. ive driven a 1100hp evo and its fun for about 10 mins before you get bored of the noise, heavy clutch and the frankly stupid wheel spin, to be honest for a car to own im more than happy with my 290hp zed!!!

I keep a note pad by the bed if you cant switch off i find it helps to just write down whats in buzzing around in your head really helps to chill me out if i cant sleep

looks about right tbh i spoke to my mapper a while ago and he said you can expect up to 15-20% loss throgh the auto tranny so you could say around 330atf
