oit ive got a turbo civic!! lol its my toy, yea u CAN make anything fast you could put an audi v10 in a clio but itd cost a fortune, if id put the cash that id put in the civic into a gtr id b making a lot more power than i do from the 2ltr honda block but i wanted something more 1 off but it looks like its not such a 1 off now lol

wrx are quick but u need some deep pockets to tune those up because there so highly tuned from the factory, gtr's on the other hand were actually detuned from factory and the drive train can handle 800hp as standard!!! well appart from the clutch obv which means you can spend all your hard earned reddys on tuning the thing!!!

i was watchin something about this on discovery the other day they think of you could harness something called 'dark flow' which btw only exists in a maths equasion then u could theoreticly move a lot faster than light closer to teleportation than moving as we know it

i think id save for a while longer and get a nice gtr then when i got bored throw a few grand gettin the internals forged... hello 600hp twin turbo awd beast

dont really want to chop a hole for a new oil pressure gauge tbh so i guess ill have to hope its ok lol, any ideas on tye dipstick thing?

sounds about right tbh it seems to randomly drop to what looks like 5-10psi now and again on idle

oh and i cant seem to get an accurate oil level on the dipstick which is weird it just seems to smear all over the indicator

anyone know what the oil pressure guage should read on tickover when warm? and when just normal driving say on the motorway at 60-70?

custom remap will be taylored to the car every car is differant and will behave differantly to tuning a chip is preset to remove/modifiy certain parameters that have been proven to be safe on other cars with similar mods. A remap is specific to your car and in my personal oppinion is the only way to go for serious reliable power gains. plus a good mapper will do things like steady state the car to check for det, overheating under load etc... and give you an idea of what direction you need to take to achieve your goals and what is being put under the most strain i.e clutch, injectors, tubs so you will know what to change to make the car more reliable and powerfull hope this helps your decision, btw id highly recomend fctuning in erith steve really knows his nissans and ive seen him map literaly 100s of cars and hes the only one id let touch any of my cars

ive always told the mrs if anything like this happens just keep your hand on the horn untill he moves and keep it there till hes out of sight, best case scenario someone hears and comes to have a look he gets embarresed and drives off, worst he gets out and if he does dont take your hand off the horn reverse the car to a safe distance take his number plate a fone the police, also whenever you stop behind a car the general rule is if you can see their rear tyres you will have enough room to get around them if they dont move

so jelous everyone on here seems to live it the sticks and im stuck 10 mins from the capital not exactly a concrete jungle but some of the places u guys have on your doorstep look stunning

i get it in the firms van weirdly, i was once in the middle lane and moved over to the inside lane only to see a guy in a silver vectra flying down the inside lane undertaking everyone he slammed on his brakes at the last second and sat on my arse honestly 3foot from my bumper even thogh there were numerous oppertunitys to overtake so i dabbed the brakes every few hundered meters or so he backed off i carryed on then out of knowere he flew in front of me from the outside lane damn near took the front of the van off and slowed right down i just sat behind him with my high beams on and he got the hump and left, although that point if i had the zeds power i might have pulled around him and tossed some screwdrivers out of the window at him but probly best i didnt lol tbh i drive round london for most of the day everyday and ive come to the conclusion that about 90% of people are sensible but its the 10% who you remember for driving like total idiots, the zed on the other hand its more boy racers in corsa's and clios that think their cars a bit special and think because you own a fast car you should drive it fast all the time and try and get you to do so, probly best just not to rise to it just sit behind them untill they get bored and if they harras you id agree with tony just call the police
