  1. ive been lead to believe the zed turbos are water cooled so id guess one of those lines in blue would be the water feed with the returns on the bottom although im not 100% as ive never taken one to bits But i would say IF the left hand feed line was oil then if it were to pop off or split it could spit oil all over the place including were you have you puddle might be an idea to top up the oil start the car and see if you can see were it coming from or more likely feel were its coming from lol
  2. i was thinking down the sound proofing route as my toyo proxies are pretty new, but im not really sure were to put the sound proofing though, suspension strutts, boot floor, rear quarter or just all of the above lol
  3. just wondering if anyone knows a way of cutting the road noise down i was on a drive to cornwall the other day and on certain road serfaces it was so loud i couldnt hear what my bro was saying next to me its the only thing that lets the car down really?
  4. could be your oil feed pipe split or return if your lucky, dont sound like a seal because your not burning any oil
  5. rust, rust, rust check the sills they can really suffer, if thats all good just check the usual smoke, noises etc i always find it good to check the tyres if there all the same brand chances are the cars been looked after
  6. tbh i was looking online on day and stumbled onto them and i couldnt find a car that offered so much for so little money electric everything, twin turbo v6, reliable, great looking and tuneable all for 2.5k what a bargin!!! so i snapped up a uk auto and havnt looked back and to be honest i still cant find a car that offers so much the only 1 small gripe i have is road noise on the m'way but appart from that i love it

  11. well as soon as i hear it i let off the throttle then if i put my foot back down again its usualy gone although a few times if i drive it really hard for a while then it stays for a bit so i ease up and it goes, although it only ever does it when i boot it never when im crusing or accelerating gently
  12. difficult to say it doesn't get worse it just happens once in a while plus i only give it the beans when its warm
  13. its not like a road noise its like a loud humming difficult to describe really lol
  14. my mechanic had the box out only 2 weeks ago and didnt mention anything about the mount being shot
  15. party at my gaff the mrs has been cleaning all bloody day!!! shes still at it now whilst singing along to bon jovi on her ipod lol

  17. ahhhh i was trying to find this illusive goose honk sound but i couldnt hear the vid that i think vod's put up and couldnt find another recording
  18. not really sure it sort of reverberates through the cabin its odd? id have thought the same but im struggling to think of any other possible causes
  19. wonder if anyone can help every now and again i get like a loud humming noise when i accelerate it doesnt happen all the time and if i back off the throttle it stops right away, id say once out of every 7 or 8 days i drive it it had the crank seal done a few days ago and therefore had fresh gearbox oil and the old stuff was cherry red not burnt and black so im thinking diff but cant be sure as it doesnt do it very often anyone else had similar problems?
