you can not avoid the taxs/dutys ... but you can limit them now as a rule u pay around 25% of the total UK Priced Value .. now if the sender puts a Low value to the goods .. say 10% of the total cost on the outside of the box u will only get charged the 25% of that .. How Ever ... if the parcel gets LOST or DAMAGED your insurance will only cover the Value on the box declared ...

Oil leak from driver side turbo???
not an easy job .. but then u have to start changing over things Fittings on the engine block Relocating the Oil pressure sender Fitting restrictor's Stick this the original ones for the stock tubs but i still be looking at the rocker covers for the leak .. like i said its above the tub and will cover it all in oil if leaking
-
Oil leak from driver side turbo???
well the oil pipes are metal so i would rule out there a split oil line as it would be pissing all over the place with the engine On ... Leaking banjo bolt is a poss but not that common at all the rubber joiner pipe on the tub drain line is a Poss or i would say most likely to be the Rocker cover seal as this sits no more than 3" from top of the turbo and does have a habit of Leaking and on to the Turbos/manifolds

its not hard to change the lifters just time on stripping everything to get to them .. Main engine loom off engine water pipes timing belt covers timing belt boost pipes spark plugs and coil packs balance bar Plenum and water lines under it cam shaft rocker covers Cam Pulleys Cam Bearing Bridges Cams then you can take the Lifters out ... think thats about it and regarding testing the lifters .. there isnt a quick way ... u can swap for used ones long as you know there ok otherwise get new ones

Tom . the vtc springs sit inside the front intake cams .. ... there really easy to do if u got the timing belt covers off

there be nothing wrong with the valves or springs its the hydrolic lifters that take up the slop/gap between the valve and cam its self .. when they fail its due to the small one way valve inside the lifter that fails .. Oil enters the lifter when its compressed by the cam the oil just push's back out Hence the Tick/tap sound ... some times putting a thicker oil in does help but not all ways for the cost of oil change its worth a try
