anyone got any painful stories
I thought for a minute there you were going to say he was back on the job  Now that would have been amazing!!! Lol. Last year I was ripping out some plumbing from an old house. I bent a pipe too and fro to try and break it in half. Unfortunately for me, the pipe broke in my hand & took a chunk of my flesh with it

I think Macca's got a long time driving his zed before this happens....
Hell, the block has been ripped down the middle!! I guess it's an alloy block

Ebay again
Yeah, what a shame. It could have looked so much better with a different bumper. It's all down to personal choice though I guess.

New Focus ST
Nice 1!! I wound the boost on mine up to 21psi the other day just to make sure it wouldn't fall apart before the warrantly on engine +tubs ran out. I had it in 4th gear, booted it & the traction control had to do it's stuff!! The roads weren't even wet either  :hyper:

Graphics help needed
Hi, Does anyone know how to remove aliasing on a picture, is it possible at all? I need to improve the quality of the graph below: I can replace the text, so that's not an issue. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers, Shaun

Gold Brembo brake set + disks, what they worth?
Yeah, I know that I should but I've got too many other things that require money being spent on them. The car already has GTR disks but stock calipers fitted with RS-4 pads & they do the job well!

Gold Brembo brake set + disks, what they worth?
Can anyone advise me, I've got a full set of gold calipers and disks from a Nissan Skyline GTR34. Does anyone know what they're worth? I may consider selling. Cheers, Shaun

Good on you mate, well done for keeping it together & trying to help this guy out. Bloody hell, makes you think about your own mortality, walking down the street 1 minute, dead the next :( poor sod. At least he checked out quickly. When my time comes, I hope it's quick.

1st day in your zed
5 1/2 years since I got my zed  I remember it well though, I was over the moon with it :). I'd never experienced that amount of power before so I did take it easy, especially in the wet!

New speedo dials
Be very careful when removing the needle pointers. If the shaft comes out of the galvo at all then you may as well bin them as I had to :headvswal The best way is to grip the steel shaft with some narrow needle nose pliers then prise the pointer off with a knife or something. It may be best to get someone to help you out as it's not easy!

More bad news about my leg!
Fair play fella, I admire you for being so cool about it. Respect

power guess?
Why would you want two sets of injectors  If you do manage to flow 30psi then you're looking at serious power

Britain will be first country to monitor every car journey
That sounds great but how about never being able to break the speed limit? I mean, we all drive fast from time to time, that's why we drive Z's. Macca's fines alone would pay off the national dept if that system was currently in place :D
-
Britain will be first country to monitor every car journey
I thought they'd done away with the 14 days leeway a while back, I stand corrected. Is there leeway with MOT at all? That's the thing you're most likely to let lapse.
-
Britain will be first country to monitor every car journey
Two things, apparently 70,000 people received speeding fines in North Wales, the population is 330,000. So they obviously will pursue most cases. Also, have you ever let your Tax or MOT lapse by a day or two? With all the pressures of modern day living, I'm sure most people do on occasion. Each & everyone of those people probably including yourself one day will be nicked! I think it's a bad idea. If it was just being used for catching criminals I'd think it was a cracking idea. Just another police/government scam to rob the tax paying law abiding citizen! :mac1:

Greddy Power strikes again!!!!
Yeah, that would be cool. It'd be nice to see another 10s Zed :hyper:

Britain will be first country to monitor every car journey
Quite likely, they've already admited to the following: >In addition to cross-checking each number plate against stolen and suspect >vehicles held on the Police National Computer, the national data centre will also >check whether each vehicle is lawfully licensed, insured and has a valid MoT >test certificate. Make sure your tax or MOT doesn't run out by a day or two  !! B@stards :mac1:

not fookin happy
I've come across sick feckers like this before, not many though. They get kicks out of doing something completely unexpected & inappropriate. Obviously has a completely fooked up mind set!
