Graphics help needed

Hi,

Does anyone know how to remove aliasing on a picture, is it possible at all?

 

I need to improve the quality of the graph below:

I can replace the text, so that's not an issue.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

    It's for a publication for one of the Academics.
