I absolutely agree with you there, the new Skyline is great, I have to have one :D The 300z is quicker than the 350z period! Reason being that the turbo gives the engine far more torque throughout the rev range thus giving better acceleration. The power output may be the same at 280bhp but that's as far as it goes.

I think it's like this, if you have kids christmas is OK but if you don't then it's just a PITA. It wouldn't be so bad if it only came around every 5 years. Has anyone looked into how much the adapter plate is for the 350 gearbox to 300 engine + starter motor adapter plate? I can't imagine it'll be cheap + you've got the cost of the box.

stick those plates on another zed then get it MOT'd :hyper: or do they put the chasis number on the MOT certificate these days :confused: Bugger, I think they've started to computerise MOT's now too :headvswal
