  1. im still workin on mine making bigger holes in the chassis to fit the 2.5" intercooler pipes through :)
  2. i can supply any turbos you want within 3 working days normally if its garrett tbf and im workin on a 3 "intake at min :) i was keepin it quiet though lol
  3. mark the idle is a pig to tune with out an idle control valve ive done it and wouldnt recomend it always occasional stalling issues unless you set tickover a little higher than normal pre warning you on this one
  4. if intent on a pre balance bar mark best way is to run 1 bov from your new pipes where current 2 go
  5. Mark your smaller balance will be fine at the back on its own 15mm not 10mm though ;) you want the balance on the plenum after the throttle bodies putting it before them will have no real advantage as such other than a quick prebalance on boost whiich does help but i see no need to do so tbh
  6. hi have one you can buy for £20 hows that only of junction 2 m54 :)
  7. id look at the front tension rods first bushes may have gone ;) would cause all sorts of judders on brakes ;)
  8. and the they wont fit ams ones dont
  9. its pot luck with them coming out but having a press does make it easier although i did blow a seal on the 12 tonne press getting a gt4 one out after :(
  10. funny ive been doing this on the press today lol
  11. no no no no no have a spacer machined in alloy that is 66.1 from memory for your hub and then the snout to match your wheel then there are no spigot rings at all as its a perfect fit both ends just lik bolting the wheel on you will just need the longer studs to accomodate the extra mm's added if your struggling i can do them for you
  12. if they are hub centric ally for the wheel and hub it will make no difference to the wheel bearings at all (its no different to choosing a negative offset on your wheels)
  13. little flexy mate and your away only just spotted your facebook message had dam flu
  14. it will work fine there thats where mine is mark
  15. tomei do one for r230
  16. A tomei is exactly what i will be getting for my r230 my stock one is struggling a little now
  17. mine will be getting upgraded this summer 1.5way
  18. to the specfic torque. set by the brand who makes them
  19. no not really same problems as mentioned before bolts have sheer strengths if they are seized in a bit you will use well over there. torque capasity undoing them possibly twisting them and weakening them you put them on again retorque and might snap if they dont you think great untill fail on the car as they were already damaged but you cant see the damage
  20. keeping it simple they are to strong so theres no give the shock and vibration on them can then cause them to fail and break. which could be lethal as you can imagine
  21. i wouldnt use stainless bolts on any thing to do with wheels brakes or suspension could be fatal bud but nice work :-)
  22. all spot on easy to read article informatiin accurate to the tee
