could be contaminants from the failed build by zedworld but cant say for sure....waiting to hear from Jim what AET say

hi all as you know my car is curently with Jimmer ( top Bloke ) unfortunately the drivers tub has thrown the bearings and we are wondering if anyone else on here has had issues with them..we have tried to get it repaired and kits are just not available it went to AET but they had no luck finding spares...i have been told the oil feed line ( flexis it comes with ) have restrictors fitted in them so all other restrictors need to be removed or if hard lines are used then the restrictors need to be enlarged , can anyone throw any light on this ??? cheers steve

just stunning ......epic build and fantastic craftsmanship with the metal arches.....

im sticking to wide body for now, i like the look of the wide body on the LWB with a 99 spec front end, topped with a wings west mid height rear spoiler no other body mods, smoothed skirts and ( when i get round to it ) a correctly factory pressed louvered bonnet bought from sussex stu many years ago and never fitted ....but then again i will be pushing nearly 500 rwhp so i feel the looks match the cars ability in this instance ...if i had my time again i would go stock with subtle performance and brakes handling mods but im in too deep and dont have the car back from Jimmer yet LOL

how did you get it up on those blocks ? does it levitate with the vileside side skirts lol

im sorry but i think they look like they have started melting...each to his or her own and all that but not my first choice in how to style a zed and be sympathetic with its age and era

im running windows ten on my lap top , upgraded from 8 , 8 was always designed for touch screens, 10 is purpose built and designed for non touch screen interfaces, i like it ..takes some getting used to and is slow as buggery at first but soon comes good,

thanks very much for the support, i have decided to have the tub refurbed luckily its only the drivers side and can be removed without the cost of an engine out job ...again...! still going to be a painfull 700- 800 quid though for the refurb then jimers time on top of that ...i think i just need to get my ass in a zed seat again to know what im missing ..as its all a very distant memory ...last time i drove it was to go to Lakez after the zedworld build that failed shortly after destroying the bottom end ....ho hum ..no doubt Jimmer will sort it he knows im desperate to get the zed back

Jeff said he was a local specialist and they had used him lots of times ....so other than that no ....it was on the car during the unveil apparently !!!

that abortion of an exhaust actually came out of zedworld .. they had a so called specialist make it and fit it .....if you can believe that !! just shows....... buyer beware !!

I'm thinking of torching mine ...just had enough now ..I just don't care anymore if I get it back or not ...just fell out of love with it ...slept on it but still feel the same way

Yes Steve a new PE 1420 only done about 300 miles but it was bought 5 or 6 years ago so out of warranty

Spoke to jimmer today, engine freshly rebuilt, again !! And Jim is putting some miles on her until noz can re map ...and I am so stoked to be so close to getting my zed back . you all know the issues I've had ....but the drivers side tub has now decided to throw its hand in after 60 miles ..tub is off and will be getting sent for refurb .....why me ??? ..Jim has checked oil feed lines etc they're OK ....can't believe my luck !!! Or lack of it

lol sorry dude :) do you mean the punk rock pogo or the stick with spring pogo ...:) the infinity exhaust for what it is quality wise was peanuts ....cant wait to hear it

and yes one back box didnt even have a hanger fitted ..............i think he must have hired a blind pogo sticking alcoholic with severe onset of parkinsons yep Infinity have allready fitted a bespoke 3 inch system ,cheers Si :)

It was suposed to have race cats fitted ....i was invoiced over 600 quid for it if i remember correctly ...i have every email and invoice so i can check , just choose not to as i will only upset myself...i did just see the end pipes when i picked the car up so had no idea what was lurking underneath.....it has done about 300 miles max ...worst thing is all parties knew about it but said nothing just took my money...im just glad Jimmer has it now and it will eventually be the car i always wanted ...such a shame ive paid for everything twice though......there is lots more i could gripe on about but it will do no good and only cause angst and bad feeling so ..onwards and upwards as they say

while at Jimmers the old Exhaust ( apparently custom made by a well respected ex trader on heres expert friend ) and at a considerable amount of money i may add had to come off ...well this is what he found, to say i was shocked is an understatement i have sat on these for some months now pondering if i should post them or not ..anyway let you all be the judge ....

love the engineering on that cosworth anglia ..styling is a bit susspect ..but i supose function over form
