Replacing the rear subframe bushes are a complete arse! I'm thinking I wish I went for locking collars now haha.

And id apply to put it through him.

Not missing anything just overseas (US) is the easiest place to get them from. Z1 or conceptZ

I have energy suspension bushes but not put them in yet, but compared to any other bushes I've fitted, Powerflex or super pro, they are a lot more rigid. But I bought them with the intention of a firm ride.

I did insanity and it's pretty good, found it repetitive later on, but you may feel unfit it's just due to lack of conditioning. Give it a week and that Asian girl won't kick your ass as hard... Haha. Saw a diff too aswell as being lean. Good luck Ian :)

Well if the laquer has been removed you will no longer have a clear coat on top of the base coat, leaving it without that glass finish after a polish.
