ill fourth that :wack: admitedly its not my everyday car but my zeds only everbroke down once cos of a fualty MAF in 4 years, which i dont thinks bad for a 15 goin on 16 year old car. i know theres a few unreliable zeds on here but i bet theres more reliable ones, you probably just got unlucky and bought a sh1tter that could happen with a brand new car! and surely any car that needs a couple of grand engine rebuild at 50/60k miles cant be reliable plus the rotor tip can go at anytime without warning how can that be reliable?

i was driving from north anston through laughton and thurcroft. im getting some new tyres on thursday though from AP tyres thats not far from rawmarsh..... is it?

balls!! my front plate is ilegal, ive just measured it the letters are only 48mm high. still pisses me off though at least they are clear most boy racers around my area look like there plates are written in arabic :mad:

sh1te! how do ya reckon im fixed then with a veilside front end, no recess so loads of space for a normal plate but look poo. twas fitted in japan though :wack:

yep, i agree MOST real police are sound. seems that for all the good work real police do in a comunity a trafic copper can fook it all up with one stupid "pull"

i was driving through an area of rotherham the yesterday and there seemed to be a lot of police presence :rolleyes: their was a police on every corner and in all pub car parks(dont know what was goin on) anyway im just driving down the road and this normal copper(as oposed to trafic)waves me down so i pull up and he says "i dont know if you noticed the trafic police parked on the other corner (i had!) but hes told me to pull you over and tell you about your front plate....there too small!" i thought b0110x first my fookin tints now my fookin plates then he says "but to be honest mate ive got better things to do then to give you a ticket for that....but bare it in mind" :shock: :shock: :shock: couldnt believe it. anyway i thought small plates/bike pates were legal on imported cars does anyone know the exact law on this letter size ect. cheers si

mines not working properly either,....... i hope!! if you were getting crap readings but the guage was working properly how would the engine be running?

wont a single filter do the same job anyway at the end of the day your only gonna get the same amount of air through the MAF. or are you?

ive replaced the 2 up and down windows for standard ones

whent to get some petrol in the zed today and this ferrari modena pulls up at the pump behind me, oldish guy gets out and says "nice car, mate" "cheers" i replied "yours, aint too bad either" :wack: "is it realy a H plate" "yup" "what a 1990" "yes, but its had a re-spray" "who makes it?" :wack: "its a nissan" i said well he nearly droped his petrol hose. coming out of the garage after paying he collared me again we talked about engine size and then he asked how much i paid for it i told him £4750 about 3year ago plus another £6k on re-spray, re-trim, ect. i thought he was gonna have an heart attack. "how much did you spend on yours?" i asked him "£118k" he said the fooked off with a glum look on his face :) it got me wondering supose the z32 was made by ferrari, how much do you reckon they would be? and also, do you reckon it would be a classic? like the testarossa or GTO, as the zed still gets rave reviews even now and can still hold its own in the 0-60 stakes against some of the more modern `supercars`. just wondered!!

i was a big ferrari fan when i was younger and when ive been to car shows and seen these replicas personaly i think they stand out a mile only one i thought was any good was a daytona, others look realy boxy

its not as bright red as in the picture, its actually flip so its like sparkly red/green/gold/bronze......... ........im not making it sound any better am i ........ ......ill shut up :x:

have you seen the brand new civic looks fookin ace IMO the one with the glass stretching from the headlights across the grill and seems well versatile aswell and the dash looks tops aswell. my mates just bought the 1.8se does 48mpg and 0-60 in 8.7sec

Im trying take my wipers off to re-spray. ive took the nut covers off removed the bolts what else is their remove? cos i just cannot get them off, or at least not without busting the scuttle trim which i dont want to do :wack: has anyone any tips thanks in advance si

finaly got my interior put back together today seems to have taken ages in between work and looking after the kids. i had my seats done last october, but ufortunatley struggled to find leather to match the door cards and dash i had previously retrimed so i had to find some new vynil to match the seats. the match isnt bang on but cos the vynils got the same grain as the leather its not too noticeable. ho yeah i sprayed up the speedo clock/stereo/door handle surrounds and vents the same colour as the car(flip red) what you reckon? dont hold back im expecting mixed opinions :( but i like it :)
