when i took my english bull terrier to the vets for the check up after hed been castrated, he sh1t in the vets office :D maybe just his way of letting his feelings known!

mines just a weekend car or for nice weather when im not working. although had to run it has a daily car for 2 month not long after i bought it, was a good 2 month but it cost me about £60 a week.

tailskin not nesercerely needed, i just had mine filled, came up a treat did need a new braklight panel though.

i would have thought jays sugestion sheffield was spot on(im not just saying that cos i live down the road :D , i know the area he's thinking of, its literaly with in spiting distance of the M1, meadowhall shopping center is bang across the road(nice for the wives/girlfriends :D ), and its quite central enough to include the scottish contingent aswell, but il be up for it where ever it is.

It was fantastic, couldnt have picked a better meet for my first, and their were some beautiful zeds there. and i even think the wife enjoyed it. and was great to be part of the convoy. well done to all the organisers for pulling it off...in style

i agree, they can take ages to perfect, and can be a right tw@t especialy the tailgate, plus a good pro can do it in one piece, mine was done in japan before i bought it, and i have to say they were the best quality tints ive ever seen(until i got pulled :rant: b@stards :cry: ) plus pros use much better quality film.

i know what you mean about the missus sometimes i feel well guilty when im having to spend money on the zed, its fair to say weve had our share of heated discussions over it.

4 years ago when me and the wife bought our house when i decided i wanted a second car i knew i wanted a a jap sports car i had £6k to spend i thinned my options down to 4 cars SUPRA, RX7, GTO, and the ZED TT the SUPRA at the time was slightly too expensive as i wanted the aerotop(targa) one as the hard top ones were quite popular especialy after fast and the furious. the GTO was the least favourate out of the 4, didnt seem like a sports car more like a executive saloon. the RX7 was and still is absolutley beautiful motor, but the fact most had engine rebuilds or needed rebuilds at 70k miles put me well off. which left the ZED it just seemed perfect, reliable, targa tops, nice to look at, fast, tunable and i couldnt find a single bad review. plus it was the cheapest of the lot. and the rest is history i was the first british owner of a red j-spec 2+2 twin turbo with a few mods and a veilside front end and odd wheels(18s on the front 17s on the back)and i had cash left to spend on some new wheels. which ive since had resprayed, retrimmed, bodykit and a few more mods. and i have never regreted buying it............ .......honest :D

completley agree, get it debadged keep em guessin when i go to my parents kids walk past and say ""cool car mister....how much did that cost?" "hundreds of thousands" "wow, wicked" :D but when they find out they'l probably think what a tw@t :slap:

ive had an old guy in a ferrari say the same to me! im sure he was been genuine(he was old though :D ), he looked well gutted when i told him how much it cost

yep! its nice when that happens, theres quite a few "posh" sportscars near me, that i dont mind having a tangle with, especialy at the lights, even nower days theres still not alot on the road that beat a zed even a standard one.

im lucky my missus hasnt passed her test yet :dance: but she keeps askin if il put her on my insurance and let her drive the zed while im at work. NOT A F**KIN CHANCE !!! my prayers are with you bud.

when me and my wife got our mortgage a few years ago we were shown a leaflet called the mortgage code. we saw about 3 or 4 building societys before deciding who we was gonna go with and they ALL said that they are bound by law to show us this leaflet and to thoroughly explain the services and offers that they provided. so if the guy has failed to explain your options or offers or whatever to a point that you understand surely hes at fualt. ........did that make sense :)

are they the original dials? cos when i changed mine, i shoved the needle too far in(or not far enough, cant remember) and it wouldnt go around properly. if not could you have bought a dodgy speed sensor cos i think the chimes the speed delimiter. just a thought
