ive had a look on the online manual and this doesnt mention it either, should you get one with a new filter. ive had a quick search through the old threads but cant seem to find anything its like trying to find a needle in a haystack though.

is it possible to just use the window aerial, shame about that big ugly leci aerial

completely agree maiden are back to their best live since bruce has come back, especialy touring just doing the first 4 albums. i saw maiden with blaze bailey and it was very poor. could be something to do with it been all seated though :rant:

ive met them a couple of times, yeah bruce does seem a bit off, he was nice enough though, i also met him at a fencing competition, he was sound then though even though he wasnt doing very well.

i wish someone would give some advice, as i changed my filter last week and noticed the restrictor in my original filter but nothing in the new one, i decided to put the restrictor in the new filter, the car seems to be driving ok, but could it be better?

i bought mine for £5k 3year ago, im the first british owner, it had odd wheels(18s front, 17s on the back) and was 3 shades of red, to be fair it was a bit tatty, ho and it had very little history but i just fell in love with it. luckily so for its done me proud reliability wise. ive spent about 5/6k on mods(mostly cosmetic) and i wonder what its worth now, most probably less than i originaly bought it for :cry: scary to think you can buy one now for £1500 i bet most of them are sheds though.

there is still some tickets left for maiden just not standing at the front, which is the place to be. didnt know you was a maiden fan jay, ive been into them for years, owned just about everything possible at one time, but i kinda fell out with em over the years. but they're great live though especialy the older stuff.

i think ive been reletivley lucky with my zed, only had a intermitantley fualty MAF that fooked me about for 2 month, touch wood. although now the shockers are on there way out, as well has a few other minor problems, but they all cost! i must admit when i read some of the horror storys on here it makes me think twice about taking her for a spin. keep your chin up si, once you get it sorted you'l wonder what all the moaning was about.

have they said how long they'l be getting an inspector out to you, ive heard they can be tw@ts and take ages to come out. could you take it to a DVLA office as theres one in sheffield. just a thought.

i had falken on mine for three years but last year i put some khumo ecsta's on the rear and im well impressed, ive just put some marshal power racers on the front as i had one in my garage(long story) and again im impressed, the falkens wore out so quick and im glad ive got rid. just dont know which tyres to stick with as i like to keep the same on all 4 corners.

if id wanted a 4x4 i would have bought a toyota landcruiser. if you want a real sports car ditch the GTO.

ive recently swoped my k&n filter for the apexi, the k&n was nearly double the width of the apexi, having done a couple of long journeys since ive swaped, i think i prefer the apexi

its true to say the copper was just doing his job, but c'mon whats up with coppers and common sense. its late at night the road is vertualy empty...how many of us have driven at similar speeds when the roads not empty(id like to bet at least 85% of us) i know i have and to be honest doesnt really seem that dangerous, your in a car that can handle the speed your concentrating more BECAUSE of the speed your travelling at just because your driving fast doesnt necersarily mean your driving like a nutter. lets face it we see people that drive at 30mph and still drive like nutcases by not indicating, cutting you up etc. everyday......well i do anyway. its about time common sense was shown. good luck bud. p.s. sh1t just realised it was on a dual cariageway bit daft that, thought it was on the motorway.
