they are pricey but do look good. but yeah 18" for me too.

on a previous Z I had a similar problem with the passenger window - traced the wiring back and it was a right mess in the door and nearly broken. Quick cut and recrimp and it was good as new.

they are crap for light output... but I agree with pete they look great and really suit the car. so what lights are you planning to fit? you seem to think bodywork side of it is easy, not sure how hard you think it is to crimp on some new connectors lol.

Cant help but think you need some UK front corner light units, yours look abit odd as they are the only white bit at the front. :)
