  2. What a SAFC2? No did have but sold it already :) Wish I kept it... like lots of things I've sold... lol :) can probably sort you out an NA oil squirter if you wanna go down that route
  3. Rep left  cheers for the advice mate. Do I get rep for taking it?
  4. cheers ash... with the car running I disconnected each coil pack and listened for change in the engine note, cylinder # 4 produced no change, so that located the correct cylinder. swapped coil packs & spark plugs with cyl # 2, fault still on #4. tried another PTU but only because I had a spare there. Checked for spark and it was there, so that leaves fuel.... checked resistance with a multimeter across the two pins on each injector, all cylinders were around 0.12 ohms, but #4 stook out like a sore thumb at 0.36 ohms. Hope that helps you or anyone else lol
  5. I finally fixed my misfire today, traced it down to high resistance on injector # 4. An hour or so with the dremel and it was out and the replacement fitted. Its misfired for ages, I even think it misfired in my old white car where the engine came from, so good to finally get it resolved! Now the reason for the thread title... pulled up on the drive and heard a hissing/bubbling from behind the dash... heater matrix popped! Fix one fault and another appears :clown: oh well I never use the heaters anyway so bye bye for now may reinstate you one day. lol :tongue_smilie:
  6. Wow cant believe that piston! is the crank cracked too? Mark you would benefit from a wideband and an Apexi SAFC2 so you can tweak the AFR to your requirements

  22. The bumper centre is part of the bumper but is factory painted/coated grey. Would look brilliant in either gloss black ,or graphite grey like I painted mine.
