  1. there isnt actuallya price written there... in reguards to lighten fklywheels whast the deal. ive heard that you must be carefull about full acceration uphill and such rumours? how much differnce does it actually make?
  2. gotta shake the pants off your little gf sum how i guess and when you own a 1.1 it just aint gonna happen with raw power is it...
  3. http://www.motorbase.com/profiles/picture/index.php?i=126214898&ps=Nissan&pp=10 shame thsi one has crap resolution aswel.
  4. did i read right your going to buy that to drive down ere?
  5. General consenus feeling really. Is it ok to ram 18 billion watts worth of eletrical hardware into your zed? or does the car lend itself to a more subtle approach that doesnt require so much stuff. IS it rice to ice in your opinion :D my opinion is the zed is focused enough to not need a stero at all. my previous car didnt the pur of the engine and lack of stero made it thjat more special to drive.
  6. i know il get slaughtered for this but hey, there really are more important things in life than cars and hopefully this is a low for you that will see a rise. i hope everything goes well with your buisness and hopefully you can start to have luxuary items again when your sorted. all the best.
  7. opinions and technical bumf appricated. basically i threw some red ex something or other feul injector cleaner throuigh my car that supposed to clean them up and give you better mpg and raise octane numbers. both me and my my father tryed it he has an rx8. after about 200 miles he hit a flat spot followed by alot of crap that came out the rear and since then the car has never driven better, more resposive tec so he says. and i too tbh did have something simular i took it out for a blast crap came out and it ran/runs much better, feels miore responsive etc and seems to produce better acceration higher up the rev range. it also seems to have cured the pulsing i had at full boost. should i contine to use this product to give me higher octane ratinga nd keep the injectors clean or should i pop it on the shelf and forget about it? maybe it was all in my head...? i did wonder wether the increased octane rating agreed with the car more because its a jspec and never been ajdusted ti run on lower rating english feul. was thinking about using another product they do for cleaning cataylic convertors
  8. while where at it how about revising the tshirt range?
  9. that would be an issue for us with tinted rears. phsyically wouldnt see them.
  10. get rid of that pea shooter exhaust and you will be well on your way to having a rather tastey zed.
  11. good on him. my cousin recently got dentention for punching a kid that told him to "go **** your dead mother" harsh but not awful until i explain that my cousin is 11 and his mother died of cancer last christmas. i dont know the full story yet but im pretty damn tempted to find oput what the hell is going on.

  13. right i think your getting confused. if you look down by the big white fan, the vicous fan as its known you will see thre 15mm or so black smooth belts. these run off a pulley down in the bottom under the fan. you will see this spinning when the engine is on. the three belts run off of this these are known as anncilry belts they run things like the alternaor, power steering pump, air conditioning etc. on the right hand side you will see there is a pulley. this is the air con compressor. if there is no belt here its probally because the compressoir has siezed try turning it by hand when the engine is off obviously! it probally wont move. so many people detached it rather than replace it. with me so far? this is why you only have two belts. as long as these are in good condition, no freying etc or excesivily warn down, and are of the correct tension so they dont slip, and squeal. then your ancileraies will hopefully do there job :D the main belt. i assume you mean timing belt is safely hidden behind the black platic that covers teh front of the engine. you can undo a few bolts to peak in there and see how bad or maybe good it is. if youve just brought the car i cannot recommed highly enough taking your car to zedworld, they will do a full health check of your car and advise you on what needs doing for a very fair price. most of the members here will also recommend thier services. best of luck.
  14. right then guess you will be pulling all the gooduies out that and poping them in the one you had to start with then????? needs some live that shell.
  15. gotta find the material first :D cheers for the ofer phil. hope you get things sorted with the bumper.

  18. nice purchase buddy hope it goes well for you.
  19. just a few quick questions found a thread for door card removal i assume the dash underside is pretty straight forward....? does anyone know the following two questions? first do the tweed parts of teh door come off seperatly? and secondly how much material would be required to recover all the tweed?
  20. gosh there cheap! that 350z is gorgeous still very tempted by one of them...
  21. i suppose as long as the materials are of the correct tensile strength and its all torqued up corectly what can go wrong... its no different really compared to bolting a wheel on.
  22. hrm..... horror stories confirm my fears
  23. who is the chap that makes these for considerably cheaperthan they are everywhere else hes a 350z owner i know one or two of you lot have his product :D spill the beans?
