  1. i brought genuine garret kits as to not seemed stupid in my mind. i also added 360 degree trust bearings and steped rear oil seals. which bumped it up a fair whack, worked out incluing the vat £130 a side. then you need them balanced. its actually pretty simple, once there off the car.
  2. ohm the injector , the plug is good, the coilpack is good. its eiother a duff signal or a duff injector. or no compression. pop the plug out with the coil pack get an assisant to turn the engine over and see if it sparks up dont let it touch the bodywork. that will prove or disprove the spark. if its not sparking the plug will be fuel fouled. so you will know your getting fuel. the injector may be ticking away but actually throwing in very little fuel.

  12. interesting stuff, so what sort of power is being exported at this level, i wonder how it would compare to say traditional upgraded tubs and injectors. also at 1.4 bar how will the engine cope long term? my other concern would be heat...?
  13. cheers yeah thats the sorta thing i was thinking about, ive also got a small 200 litre an hour pump i just dunno if it would handle the backpresure.

  15. dont go high level everyone will think you want a supra instead.
  16. a 3 series is what you want mate a 325 or 8 or whatever. very common drift cars and pretty cheap.
  17. you can hire or borrow a sump pump for the day it will probally be drained before you know it. i use them for draining swimming pools. rehoming fish esp big ones is always a pita. just be glad its not a large tropical or marine fish. finding a new home for a redtailed blue catfish or giant gourmai is a headache.
  18. Correct however a non descript english bred koi of no lineage or set pattern at that size on the private market more like £50.

  23. lol i can certiantly have a good look over for the obvious for you ive got a compression tester aswel. im free for a few hours after 3 if you wanna pop round. im no mechanic but ive had one for a few years now. that any use to you?
