  1. Not that bit no. It used to be lawn but I needed another space so I cut the lawn out and used a load of shingle that was in the back garden I wanted gone. Just as a temp measure. So under the gravel is just dirt.
  2. Ok, thanks for that guys, Answered a fair few question marks. Back to the drawing board shirt term then.
  3. What if I laid a slabed area, using the large 600 square concrete slabs?
  4. What sort of price is a cubic meter if premix typically?
  5. Well I've got a project coming up which I'd rather not do on gravel. However time isn't on my side, I wanted to sort it out before japfest but I've got way to much on to add that much extra work into my schedule. Balls. I will have to rethink my options in the sort term. I will still need the Hardstanding eventually for my car shed.
  6. Totally agree mate, I know some would say such a rare car shouldn't be messed with, but I say it's a waste of a beautifull rare shell ESP with the bloody auto.
  7. Bugger. So really if need frame out my area with 4x2 and compact hardcore, then have a premix lorry pour it in....pain in ass, all I want is a concrete Hardstanding lol, not a foundation gotcha super market.
  8. I need to create a Hardstanding for the zed, to give me a good proper space for maintenance, gravel sucks. As a rough guess 3mx2m would be sufficient to cover a zed foots print? I read I need around 4" depth of concrete or 120mm, that equates to roughly 1m3 of concrete. I used a calculator and it's telling me i need 250kg concrete 400kg sharp sand 800kg of aggregate That's a lot of materials for such a small area is it not?
  9. Power is transferred through it, think of it like a splitter block. So if you unplug the side that's feeding it you won't fervent voltage, you've in plugged it.
  10. At a boy, it's exactly what I would have done to it.
  11. Just gotta get that Tonka toy engine out now.
  12. Ecu coolant sensor fault is going to cause all sorts of issues.
  13. Apparently you can use a 9v battery to see if it squirts, not tried it myself though. You got 7volts, now 11, Poor connection inside the connect is my bet then. Replace the thing, I bet it's scaley and brittle and horrid.
  14. Yup 6 complete, few left haha. Week away from it next week then potentially back on it, or they may bring in a different team to spread it out. I tell you this much though all that PPE regulations and simply the scale of the site is exhausting. Brain is still whirring now, but I've gotta back on site at 7.30, oh the joy. On a more positive note I've cleaned, clay barred and t cutted that bonnet, two more prep processes then il fit it, and the tyres turned up today and are waiting in my fish room for me :)
  15. So have you taken the voltage from the connector itself?
  16. I would guess aluminium. Don't fit a short shiter you will want it off pretty quick lol. It will be Ali or steel, magnet time. If you lift up centre console bit you can access the gear stick itself. Bit fiddly though.
  17. I'd be really tempted to remove the gear stick and get it on the bench.
  18. So we have a spark, we have compression and the injector is being supplied by power and ohming correctly. If it was timing related if expect to see extended issues beyond 1 cylinder.
  19. Lol, I'm surprised at the low reaction. Did you see I can attend the Easter meet now?
  20. Wouldn't go a miss where I'm working ATM right sorta colour :p
  21. Il be about any day if it as it's only about 2 miles away.
  22. Some weird prices there. Bet those tubs are china crap.
  23. Sounds alright but you need the differences between cylinders that's what's important. Is say that sounds ok though.
  24. I don't see why not. Whatever it opened at is what it will open at, your going to struggle to limit yourself to 280 ho on those tubs. A huge boost leak so they never open would likely do it lol.
