  1. Bloody lurkers, hahahaha
  2. I've pm'd him via zclub for you.
  3. Might have more luck contacting him via zclub.net I don't think I've got his phone number anymore.
  4. Clay bar it. It's probably just ingrained dirt.
  5. Iirc I just the plug off and joined the two together. I'm going to follow the loop through into the cabin and create a nice secret immobiliser.
  6. Best bet is to get in touch with Steve Byrnes. I take it you've got a public area ticket, not a stand pass?
  7. Better trans mount is on my list as well I did find a poly mount very similar but much cheaper, can't find it again now though. When you give the sharp end it can some times feel like the box swings around in there.
  8. Starter relay I believe, manual conversion?
  9. I couldn't fit the vernier gauge in there, I didn't think a tape would be accurate enough?
  10. I need some, rather quickly actually I just don't what size to buy.
  11. Do it. They look fab, gaz just fitted one. Which is another reason I'm leaning towards the 99spec so we don't look like twins lol.
  12. Lol. Time will tell it's easy enough to change it all. The bonet needs a respray regardless of its eventual colour, that was always the intention. The nose pannel also has a small hairline in it, so this can be done at the same time. I've got a sheet of 3m gloss black vynal in the post as the carbon wrap on the roof bars has definatly become unfavourable to me, gloss will be muchhhhh neater. The door sails will also receive it. There should be enough left to do the nose panel so blacking that will be a negliabe side effect. I've been trying to decide what front to have either the stillen front splitter or a 99spec front. I just like both so much, I even considered the greddy as it's a cheap way to look "similar" hiwever I feel it looks gash. The lack of a swagde line leaves it looking out of place. So 99 it is. This can be added along with a few minor paint issues like a ding in the wingbthatvhsoorn last winter when we were shunting the car around gazes unit, and a paint reaction on the spoiler. Yes it's more painting but in led to believe it's the getting the job started that counts. Ie it doesn't matter if it's a bonnet of a truck or off a corsa the price won't vary too much.
  13. Not ditching the stillen nose, sorry lol.

  15. Thanks for that mate. I think the nose panel loses definition in black maybe it's just cos of the edit, in real life it might not...hrm

  19. Jury is still out for me ATM. Square on I like it but profile it looks odd.

  21. Definatly remove the electric front seats, they weigh a factual tonne. I swear half the weight if the car is there lol. A single bucket seat as apposed to the full interior will be a massive weight reduction.

  23. Got off my fat arse this morning, got my new rear tyres spun on and swapped out the bonnet. You may remember my bonnet had an issue, well this was it.... The paint had lifted off. So a black bonnet that could be used as per as a temporary measure was kindly donated by Znut, I popped up to his place one evening and collected it. This gave me the opportunity to try out the colour and required less prep for being re sprayed. Bit of elbow grease, Fully fitted and ready to be polished and waxed. Honest opinions welcome, I think the nose panel needs to be black.
