Right had a gander this morning(off work this week, not for a holiday but to finish the lounge) the helper springs are both off, as I've learned tender springs. I need the top locking ring, just dunno what and where to order it, it's 50mm internal diameter.

I surprised you didn't spend more, theres about 600 in arms alone on the rear and the wheel bearings are dang expensive iirc.

Hi guys, been hunting for coilovers for a while, esp seeings as one of Bilstien's gave up the ghost. Anyways as we all know the r32 coilovers kit or can be fitted, who has done this? I believe the top mount has to be modified? I got these super, super cheap. Fronts are Cusco and the rears are Bridgestone, like I said I got these cheap. Downside is that one of the rears is missing one of the locking rings, what information do I need to get off them to order another and where would sell that kinda thing? The rears come with helper springs, should I use these or not?

I rather dislike the headunit in my car it looks out if keeping, out of place and tbh is useless, I never turn it on. Is there a way I can either reinstall the original tape player and or attach some kind of hidden mp3 device? I could then mount three gauges in there without loosing the cubby hole. Bet you weren't expecting that.

Technically they should as they are not paying due care and attention, lane two is an overtaking lane not a traveling lane. That's an offence in itself. If you cause an accident because your hogging the outter lanes and crash into the car "undertaking" you the simple fact is you should have, mirror, signal, manoeuvre. Which if this didn't occur that caused your accident? Ah yes mirror! So that's two offences on your part undue care and dangerous driving. Niceeeeee.

I think that would depend on your conduct and the proper application of law by Johnny cop. There's a chance but you won't technically be done for undertaking itself, more for a dangerous manoeuvre if applicable.

Essentially I interpret it as you shouldn't zip down the inside of someone, however if they are congestion you may pass on the inside. I think it's a grey area, they will book you for undue care etc.

Exactly that Richard. What causes accidents is piss poor observation and piss poor road sense. Here's some facts in my opinion. 1.If you cross the road without looking properly you will get run over, trust me I've tried it and learnt that lesson. 2.If you try and throw your corsa round a tight bend you've never even seen before let alone know, your likely to end up climbing a tree or on your roof. 3.If you drive past a school, children WILL walk out between cars WITHOUT looking(see point one) your less likely to kill the little oiks if your not speeding. 4.You will not instantly burst into flames and kill 10 pandas because your doing 150mph. 5.When you get caught speeding, you were braking a law and you likely knew it. If you failed to spot the bright yellow box eight foot in the air what else have you missed? 6.Confidence doesn't make you invincible, even professionals get it wrong and average joe is pretty crap at this driving buisness no matter how much the audi cost them. 7.Hogging the outside or middle lane is one of the worst offences around, it sets about a chain of events. When impatient and ignorant meet things go wrong. 8.Its your responsibility to check your mirrors before changing lane, in or out. 9.Failing to go with traffic, ie those people that do 40 EVERYWHERE! Wether it's a 30 or 60 posted limit, are utterly ignorant. 10.You are not as good a driver as you think you are and even if you were the crest of then are thick enough to cock it for you both. *******s.
