Whoops !
Bit of luck there. Shameful work by the company though, judging by the fact the belt is still under tension I assume this is a bolt from the strip down etc, caught up during reassembly? Simply turning the engine by hand to check after installation of the belt would have revealed something wasn't right. Which is something to always do isn't it? I always have when I've done a cam belt.

Evening chaps, does anyone know, if you wanted to fit 3 point belts in the back of a series one, are the provisions there for it? Or would you have to created a mount for the top one?

Koi pond
Looks like a pheasant pond mate? It's best to keep them on land and feed them pellets.

silicone coolant hoses. i need all of them, where can I get them from?
And sfs do way more than the rad hoses. You can delete a fair amount of those water pipes btw, there a loop that goes in under the plenum that's a waste if time and space.

Wasps
Pressure washer and run haha, it makes me think of this... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qBAZGtBfcY4 50% of them will get taken out and wet, they don't fly well wet, the other 50% run. I remember throwing a picnic table umbrella, the bottom bit, like a javelin into a big wasp nest. Didn't work, just made them seriously angry. The suggestion of knocking the nest into a bag is probably more sensible, less childish and safe but hey.

Mr. Rik Mayall
Really sad this, he wasn't even old. I remember my letting me watch bottom and the young ones, didn't get half if it but it was so well written even now.

Where can i get........
Yeah potentially. S13 braided lines sort of work, but the banjo section is curved. It needs a straight one.
-
Where can i get........
The Evo ones use a banjo bolt, the stock z lines wouldn't work.

oil pressure problem
Do you mean, there's no oil pressure in the system? Ie if you remove the filler cap there's no oil? Or do you mean the gauge shows no pressure? The oil pressure senders fail on these cars for a pastime. If your talking actual oil circulation etc then i do seem to remember jeff finding a brand new OEM oil pump faulty out the box.

Strut Brace
Yeah I think your right there terry. The way I understand it, our cars suspension is designed for the force to not be loaded on the strut tops but on the FUCA, therefore it achives very little esp in the front and esp when the brace itself is able to flex or twist, those bolts will obviously move. If it was to work properly you would need solid ones, as I say though as I understand it they don't do much up front anyway.
