My aircon was removed by a previous owner, and I want to refit aircon to the car - it's just too damn hot at the moment. I have a box of bits I got from someone after they removed their aircon, and I want to fit it all to my zed. Has anyone attempted this before? Has anyone got a list or diagram of the bits needed? What should I look out for? What order should I fit everything?

No not those ones! :smash: The ones that hold my camber arm mounting bracket to the body!!! Have I completely fooked it or can it be saved? I cant drive around with just one adjustable camber arm! :headvswal

I have managed to fit the passenger side no problemo... But the drivers side main bolt is undone, but I cant get it out because it hits one of the pipes going into the back of my intercooler. This is a hard pipe, can I just remove it while I fit the tension arms? Also, how do I set them up? I know my adjustable camber arms can be set up on a garages laser tracking, but can the tension arms?

It's the best single mod i have ever done, and saved my bacon more than once in the rain.

Hi mate, Welcome to the club. If you look long enough I am sure you will find what you are looking for. Pay no attention to the abrupt nature of some of the comments, its because we all know eachother and get on so well. Some of the members just forget that newbies need to be welcomed and given time to adjust. Stick with us... we are a great bunch of guys and galls really.

really? I had seen the bracket and thought about that as an option, but thought it might open up a whole new can of worms....

I have undone the front bolts, but I can't get a socket around the rear one, and spanners don't have the torque to undo it. How do you guys fit them?

do you mean 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.127? ;-)

do you have firewall software on each pc? if so you will need to allow access (usually in zone configuration)

Hi mate, yes I can do stills as I have a mini DV digital camcorder, so I can use a frame grabber for a perfect still image. I have had a bad experience with gaffer tape on paintwork (if anyone has seen my A posts on my zed you will see why) so if the camera falls off, it falls off. I went for a proffesional set up which will take cameras up to 5kg up to 165mph or a bullet cam up to 200mph so there is actually very little chance of problems. I am pretty sure my digital still camera has a lanc connection for remote use too, for cool over exposed pics.

Still need to get my oil leak sorted guys, please can you let me know when I can bring her back. You did a good job on my engine rebuild and the engine drives sweetly enough, but once you had done the final oil change and i had the 4k rev limit removed it has started to drip oil, and I don't like to drive it too much while it is like that - which means I get no fun in this great weather. I completely understand you have been busy with holiday, house move, premises move and the Nurburgring trip, but now your all settled down can you pm me a date or give me a call. Cheers Steve

Cheers Legrath, and I have no issues with waiting, and I fully apreciate the effort that has gone into putting this together. I just want to know that I am on somebodys list somewhere.... Then I can wait patiently - but knowing I will get a pack one day. Having no response, I can't tell if I will ever get one or not.

Still nothing, so I pm'd The Dark Warrior. I have had no PM's saying "don't worry Steve - your on the list - be patient" no pm's saying "got your message - now booger off" no pm's saying "we dont like blue zeds - so your not getting one" no pm's at all. Nothing.... Nada......Zip........Zilch.......ZERO.....Not a Dickey bird! Was it something I said?
