Would any of the Regional Event Organisers be interested in arranging with me a mini meet so I could spend proper time with the cars from your area. That way, even the zeds who can't make it to the shows can be on film. If I could arrange with you a weekend and a place, maybe you could get a group of people from your area who want to show off their zeds to meet up. Likewise, if you have a zed that you think should be on the DVD, reply to this thread and I will make sure I get proper time with you. I have all new car mounts - lenses and cameras - so some driving footage would be on the cards.

Now I just need to find some good but cheap pads to go with them!

I have a trackday this month, so I know I have to upgrade my standard brakes, but i'm getting married next month so I am on a real tight budget. Is there anything I can do for a couple of hundred?

I always thought medical Nos had no smell, but automotive Nos had a foul scent added to it in case of leaks. what would be worse than driving down the road with a leaky Nos bottle half anesthetised...... Or does that explain why wozzer is so wacky? seriously though - please tell me none of you have actually tried it, I am sure it would be very dangerous.

I have just been told a story of someone who started to abuse Nos by inhaling it. Sounds a bit dodgy for me, as I thought automotive Nos had something added to make it smell awfull in case of leaks? Does anyone no for sure?

Tax until september, Mot December, Mate, i can re tax it no probs as I havent cancelled the insurance yet. and I have all the paperwork. But it would be much more fun to blow it up.....! I thought it was going to a good cause! like entertainment!

As xantias go - its a nice one (rare desire 2 model with 4x leccy windows, aircon, alcantara interior, rear spoiler, alloy wheels) but the fact remains its a xantia - and deserves to be smashed to bits! I bought it when I moved to bromsgrove to commute to essex with. 350 miles a day for 3 months. It did it faultlessly and now I work up here I dont need it. It is taking up space in my garage that I need to make a CF tailgate (that takes a lot of space). If you are interested, pm me and we can do a deal. If not - I will send it to the crusher or see If I can blow it up.... Clarkson style!

few minor cosmetic blemishes, alloy wheels could do with a refurb. and I smashed a fog light driving into someones towbar. other than that - spot on inside and out. Xantias have height adjustable suspension so you could raise it up if you want to go bonkers over fields.

You can have my Xantia 1.9 TD for £100 It is a very good car and was just about to break it, still has tax and MOT on it. I have just sold the battery from it, so if you brought a battery with you, you could drive it away. Is actually a very good car and is too good to crush/scrap/break, but I want the space!

I can take some, but that shouldn't stop someone posting a guesstamate valuation. Mileage is 120k km's and there is plenty of tax/mot. Not sure what else I can say about it right now.

I have seen a zed that is coming on the market now and I HAVE to have it.. So I will be looking to put my Zed up for sale in the next couple of weeks, but with the current market being what it is... There is a slight oil leak - but that would be a warranty item from the engine build if you can catch Ryan. Turbos are in good nick, and it pulls very well. It needs the prop shaft bearing replaced and its on standard brakes.. I am not minted so I will need to sell mine before I can buy this new one, I am just not sure what I would get for it....

On my drive to work today, I pulled up behind a Aston Martin Virage. He pulled away from the lights quickly so I patiently sat behind him. I don't think he liked that to much so he floored it. Again I patiently sat behind him before he moved over and gave me a respectfull salute... I know they're not the fastest, but it's a nice feather in my cap for my birthday. :dance: :dance:
