why not buy another set of seats? I have a spare set you could have cheap as.. 4 bolts and its done. 5 mins to swap a seat - and you can preserve your seats like they were submerged in a vat of Formaldryhyde :tt2: I assume you have leather seats if they are shiny.. Seat covers will generally slip about on a smooth surface, they also keep sweat close to the skin (when its hot at least). So ideally they wanna be breathable and of a grippy rubberish material to stop you sliding about like a cat on a polished floor. Just about every seat cover I've ever come across fits like jumper your gran has knitted for you (fookin terrible). If you had fabric seats I could understand, but leather is much easier to manage. Do you have a job that means you're pretty dirty at the end of the day? Apologies if you didn't appreciate my earlier humour (:oops:) but seat covers suck - period. (Incidentally drivers seat is a Recaro racing chair, passenger is normal ZX - if you're interested..)

Sorry to say this... The Noble M12 etc were great cars, but the M600 is an absolute flight of fancy. This car has been out a while - I remember reading tests last summer ( it was on Top Gear to, in possibly a slightly older form ). Ultimately its a £200 kit car that comes ready built. Its simply way too expensive. Yes its fast, yes it looks er, interesting. But sit it next to a Audi R8 or R10 (and especially the ultimate RS version thereof) and it looks like a schoolboy's sketch in a exercise book. If you really had £200 grand to blow and wanted something stupidly fast and crude I'd buy an Audi R8 and have an Ultima GTR Can-Am for the track.

If it has 3 times more energy than petrol per gram, then obviously, you only need 1/3 the amount of it. So I'm guessing ECU's would need changing, cos otherwise you're gonna have an explosion 3 times more powerful trying to seperate block and head. On a turbo engine this would likely result in a terminal failure of some nature. So obviously it needs work, but looks good so far. I'm not convinced when they ramp production up to crude oil levels of production, just how green it would be. But that's another problem. At least I could suck on my exhaust without feeling :drool:

Christ almighty. Not only is it ridiculously expensive, but it would seem dreadfully slow too. Best stick with the Zed, eh! Absolute thing of beauty the 355 though, one of the best looking Fezzas ever IMO

Seat covers are bloody awful - in all their shapes and forms. Use the seats as Mr Nissan intended and buy some leather treatment creme for when you wanna valet your car.. :thumbup:

When I put a straight-through system on my sierra the difference was immense. A lot better mid range and top end too. I've never heard of cats boosting torque and I've been a car nut since I could read :shifty: All I know is, if I take the cats off my Zed its likely I'll get clouds of smoke - but I'm pretty sure that doesn't boost torques or horses either :lol:

... but not for 5000 :no: For 5000 the car should be working - with no problems and great condition. Prices are higher on the mainland, so difficult to compare really. Over here, 5000 gets you a really good example. mileage (kilometres) looks about right, but turbos should last that long - so could indicate its not been looked after very well.. If you've waited 3 years, I'd wait another couple of months and find something that doesn't need any repair work. Turbos are quite costly to replace and could possibly have caused damage to the cylinder head. Walk away.. Unless they fix it at their cost first..
