  7. Jack the car up and (carefully) get under the front while its running...i had the exact same issue and a little bend out with a screwdriver cured it.It runs very very close to the cover at the best of times. btw Dan did the CAS arrive today?:)
  8. Sounds like the bottom pully is rubbing on the metal belt cover Dan or could be an inlet pully going bad

  20. yea 16mm is the one...ive found a piece of rubber pipe that fits over plugs and glued it into my socket as i also lost the rubber on my 16mm Pete
  21. full removal can be done in situ but time consuming...ive recently done a members here:wink:
  22. The tips on mine are ime sure 2.5" and are a bit bigger looking than the mongoose tbh..there also chromed.
  23. Ive got a very nice Mongoose type catback with quad tips for sale but distance could be the killer to pick up
