Ive had 5 zeds in the past including my current one...1st was a manual in 2001 then 3 auto,s and now my latest S2 manual.Ive always been the 1st to jump on stage and fly the flag for the slush boxes but after a good run tonight in my latest manny i can honestly say they are a complete diferent driving experience and bring the car alive like you would,nt believe.Far more sure footed in to bends and out the other side and the power delivery is like night and day...fantastic:thumbup1: For anyone thinking of getting rid of the Auto and converting or changing car then my advice would be to do it and re-kindle the love for these great cars as they were meant to be...

  13. It has a Serial and set up for COM1 still did,nt work so then went to maplins and bought Serial to USB,loaded the driver and plugged in and now its saying cant connect to ECU even though its plugged in right .....got me stumped. Cheers anyway mate

Was into bikes in my past life...FS1E as a starter then onto the RD,s and GT suzuki,s as you do then started going big with a GS1000 and finnished my riding days with a string of GSXR,s including a home built 7/11 which i also fitted a 750 6 speed gearbox into an 1100 motor (wheelie monster). Had a short spell working at a Harley dealership when i lived in California but hated those things with a passion:no:

I have the DTA licensed Conzult which has a seriel connector on the interface lead...it wont open COM1 port on my laptop (error 5) although the freeware version with the USB connects no problem...Will i need to get a seriel to usb adapter to run it or does anyone know a fix?? btw,i have COM1 port open atm.
