  4. it goes to the valve which bolts to the lower plenum in the centre back...deleting???take me to long to type mate,hit the search button and theres loads there. Full delete (binning the lot) you have go to take off the upper plenum at the very least.

  7. that will be the flared end of the pipe corroded and come away...ive just done a complete EGR delete and my end had also done the same.Your choices are replace the pipe or delete...getting to the other end on the EGR valve its self and hoping it comes off without rounding the nut will require 70% of what needs doing to delete anyway.

  13. :lol::lol::lol: very true....Renault also have there other finger in the last 2 generation Nissan cabstars...complete bags of shite with gearboxes made of flour and water:thumbdown: so much so it has pushed the early to mid 90,s pre-Renault based trucks to silly prices.
  14. my tension rod bushes are ripped and leaking (soon to be replaced) and i get no shuddering at all under braking...just a pointer so it may be something else on yours.check the run out on the disks as they could be warped,this can cause really bad shaking of the wheel when braking.

I must have a leaking inlet pully jinx...My Manual zed has a hub leak from the rear of the pully.So full stripdown was in order including wings taken off to paint. bumper taken off to change and fit my new side mounts upper and lower plenum taken off contaminated timing belt off starting a full EGR/PCV/ delete and water pipe bypass too.

  22. get ready for dropped liners resulting in head gasket going...doors that wont lock...air springs that wont pump up or down...electric seats stopped working (ecu controled)...single figures MPG. Apart from all that and more there a great ride Chris and do the 4x4 thing without a fuss and amazingly:thumbup1:
