dead easy mate,this same thing happened to me and billynomates told me to "twaat a socket on",it worked!!!!!!!! get a 16 point socket slightly smaller the wheel nut and knock it on,then rest it on somthing and knock the nut through the socket with a long bolt,get a long reach socket and dont use chinees shite or it will split :cool: :cool:

the same size jets in 2 cars wont allways give you the same results,ive had 3 zeds and the vacume-psi have been diffrent in each one. bore wear,tub condition,hoses and clips,all play there own combination in deciding the end result. by the way mate are you running a chip to compansate for increase in boost,iff not then you should do!!!! iff you need a uprated ecu you could try chris greddy,he can do you a good deal on that side of things :)

1.2mm should give ya 12psi,iff your motor is not giving vacume at idle then you must have a leak,check the pipes have not stretched with taking out the jets and are not tight on the small actuator take offs

10 min drive is not enough to burn off the condensation that biulds up in your sump,---could be that mate. hope your gunna put them hoses into a catch-tank otherwise your engine bay is gunna get oil-misted

ime 19 stone+ and six foot three and i fit with plenty of room mate,but what i would say mate is you being six foot eight i would consider a auto cos once you plant your foot you would find it easier to let it rest. on fuel economy, i can get my ride down to single numbers on the mpg stakes when ime playing but iff you keep it off boost you could expect mid to high 20,s or even beter on the motorway in o/d. wellcome to the forum mate

iff ime not mistaken it goes from airbox (ie-boost circut) down to the wastgate,so when the desired boost is up it opens the wastgate via a diagham on side of turbo ok getting ready for corrections here :D :D
