Cheap Insurance for young drivers???????
You might also want to try adding yourself as second driver to his insurance. I know that adding my Wife to my Insurance reduced my quote by £150  ...even although I'd never let her drive it  also look at limiting the yearly mileage. (i've never once been asked any proof of mileage at start or during any period of insurance, and it does lower the price. But I only do 3k-4k a year in the zed anyway)

You've posted this twice, so I'll reply twice lol

oxygen sencers
o2 sensors. Two of them. They mount into the exhaust, just before the Cat's. I noticed your not far from Ztech (see traders forum section), who can supply for £60 each.

I prefer the modern 99 Spec look, rather than some of the more In your face kits. I am a fan of the Strosek kit too though.

Last bleedin piece an all.......
If I remember correctly...there are two screws behind glovebox(remove glovebox first), then another 1 or 2 behind the plastic side vent(that just pulls off). But I had to bend the metal frame a little to get it out, and it bends back into place.

interior template??
is this for retrimming ? If so, the old tweed/anthracite material for each panel must be removed for retrimming (except the doors), and you can use the old material (it comes off easily and in whole pieces) to cut the new material to the right size. About 3 Metres of New material is needed.

front grill needed??
oh, and Welcome to the club and Zed ownership. Noticed you just down the road from me. I live in Puriton (j23 M5). We have a meet there (in puriton) on Sunday 24th April. Come along if you can make it. See South West meets section for more details.

I did'nt think there was any original mesh on the OE bumper. At least none I have seen has it. But you can get Mesh from most Car accessory shops, just make sure the holes are big enough, or it can disrupt and even block airflow at highspeed.

Newly Acquired TT with HICAS light on!!! Any Ideas?
If the fluid level is fine then It could also be that the Hicas has been unplugged (as many prefer the car without Hicas) Under the bonnet, left hand side is the Hicas unit stuff. Check for a brown Electrical connector that may have been unplugged and then two of the pins shorted with something like a spade connector.

Mark, did you get any increased vibration/harshness and road noise from changing to poly bushes ?

Insurance Problems
I also got a quote from Elephant, they use Admiral as one of their Main brokers so it was marginally more than Admiral quoted. But they did'nt have a problem with me being 25, on an Import. p.s It was £100 cheaper to add my Wife to the Insurance, even although she has only had a Liscense for a year.
