  1. J14 M4, between Newbury and Swindon. http://www.ztech.co.uk His customers come as far as Scotland just to use him. Who have you been using previously ?
  2. Welcome, I think your best bet would be to take to one of the Recomended Zed specialists such as Ztech. See Traders forum section for their details. Have you had the PTU checked ? What "specialists" have you been using ?
  3. NGK PFR6B-11C are suitable for boost up to 1 bar or the NGK PFR6B-11B may be a safer bet if your raising above that level.
  4. Yes, agree with what marcus said. That does'nt sound like an exhaust problem, but more of an intermittent problem with it running on 5 or less cylinders (most likely faulty coilpack or injector). Although hard to diagnose on forum.
  5. Do a Forum search, you'll find quite a lot have it fitted and have given their opinions. Its definatly on my wish list, but have other stuff to buy first :(
  6. Forget using any sort of exhaust Sealant paste that close to the turbo, it wont be able to handle the higher temperatures.
  7. Yep correct. Should come with drivers and its own Configuraton software, and it just acts as a modem. David
  8. This is for prepaid Data allowance package ? 1MB is equivalent to browsing 150 - 200 pages, depending on content. I use a o2 PAYG sim card in mine (about £5 of ebay), which O2 offer with free unlimited data transfer for a month....except I've had it for about 5 months, and have yet to be charged a penny :D Many others have reported the same with an O2 PAYG card.
  9. Lose the Cab, install a tow-bar on zed, and your sorted :D
  10. Avoid using it over Infra-red, very slow. Most phones come with a Cable for connecting to PC/Laptop via USB port.
  11. forgot to say, the alternative is a GPRS PCMCIA Card. Slots into Laptop, has built in Antenna. Stick in a Phone sim card, and off you go. Speed is is potentially around 40 kb/s (slightly slower than modem), but it varies. I use a Nokia D211 GPRS card in my built-in car computer.
  12. Many(most?) mobile phones can be uses as a GPRS modem for a laptop.
  13. serious? damn.... I need to have some strong words with the wife now !

  15. Might of been down to the name "fairlady". Its listed as '300zx Twin Turbo Import' on their system. So if they dont see it listed, they'll just say they dont insure it.
  16. See Chunks post for a Toyota Previa in cars for sale section.
  17. Yep, pretty good price. Seen them for a lot more. I know it sounds a lot, but there not your average spark plugs, and they only need changing every 60,000 miles (although would'nt leave them in for more than 30k)
  18. Ckrikey Neil, 6 posts in one thread in a row....could'nt you have wrote all that in one post
  19. Not sure if you've already seen this Japfest convoy thread : http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=48753
  20. um..me. What was ths original thread about, and why did u delete its contents Marcus ?
  21. Looking into purchasing an Alarm with Remote start at the moment, but a few of the Alarm sellers I have spoken to mentioned that you usually have to purchase an extra Central locking motor unit (available at extra cost when purchasing alarm) with most japanese cars. Anyone know if that is correct for the zed, and why that is ?
  22. Dont lie......it was Pepsi
