If boosts goes past the 1st positive line (the thicker line halfway into positive boost) then thats correct. Its around £100 for chip, and a few quid for jets, or a further £200-£300 for boost controller.

Depending on where you source the wings (I believe some people have had problems with fitting and alignments when sourced via ebay(copies?)) However in general its about 6 bolts at the top, 2 undernath(on sill), and 1 underneath the inner-arch, a simple job....as long as the new wings are of good quality.

Hi, and wow ! Welcome back to zed ownership :) I would suggest contacting bodywork plus (see traders) section about advice concering the Matt paint job. If you easily get yourself a replacement stock bumper for next to nothing of another member of one of the Breakers in traders section, then your looking at a couple of hundred quid to spray. Wheel offset is 35-42

For best sound quality your better of fitting a pair of high quality 6.5" components in (with the tweeters mounted at the top of the door), then backing it up with sub in the boot.

o2 sensor could be stuck/broke. Could try connecting it to the other o2 sensor to check.

many wont agree with this but I really dislike the Honda vtec engines. I had a Civic 1.8i Vtec company car for a while, and hated the engine. S-l-o-w until just over 6k revs, then like a rocket till about 8.5k Kind of like a reeeeaaaalllllly laggy Turbo with a small powerband. You had to keep the revs up really high and mess around with the gears constantly to get anywhere fast.
