Argh clutch failure
Weaker, nope. Just cheaper and less power-robbing  Torque convertor - just one of the common auto fail points

Left bank turbo gone with the wind
Yep, afraid so. Its pointless to only replace one unfortunatly, especially with all the labour involved in taking the engine out to replace them. Uprated tubs start at about £1200. Stock new tubs are no cheaper, but recon ones are. Speak to Ztech, Zen or Southwestz. All in the Traders section of the forum.

Argh clutch failure
If they will let you (you may have to pay the difference) go for for an uprated clutch. Something like an RPS sport (smithy sells them). They are not much more than a standard clutch but will handle a lot more power and last longer.

meet on saturday
Its short notice, and there is already a big SW meet next week, so we may struggle to get interest. I'd personally be up for a get-together somewhere central to us all, like in Bristol though (Sasha's pub is very easy to get to, just off the M5) I will contact some members and see what they say.

Omg!
 1590 bhp @ 59psi 0-60mph in 1.056 sec - how can it possibly get enough traction to do that

Blue flame exhausts
Basically Blue flame exhaust = Mongoose exhaust. Very popular choice for a Well made, subtle stock look without being too loud.

slight clunk in second
http://zhome.com/ZCMnL/PICS/manualTrannyOilchange/manualTrannyOilchange.html You'll need a gearbox filling pump (pretty cheap to buy).

Fifth Gear - currently at Thor ...
Fifth gear - fuel test results Scooby - Unleaded 235bhp 232 ib/ft scooby - optimax 249bhp 258 ib/ft and what that also does'nt show is the Improved responsiveness and MPG increase.....oh and the lessened risk of detting.

Who's had an auto to manual conversion?
Yep, about 0.1 - 0.2 secs quicker on a 0-100mph sprint, but not as quick as a manual in the real world :D

meet on saturday
I could persuade myself to go for a drink and chat with fellow zed owners :duffer: Anybody else interested ? As its short notice, perhaps just to Sasha's (sasquatchi) pub in bristol ?

slight clunk in second
Replace gearbox oil, you may find that cures it.

de-cat
o2 Sensors are in the Elbows just after the Turbo's, and are not removed by decatting. No remapping or other modifications needed. The cats do have Cat heat sensors in though, These can be cut and/or tucked up out of the way. I had my cats gutted rather than a full replacement. Noticed quicker spool and mre throttle response.

Anti roll bar
Broken 3 anti roll bar clamps   Depending on budget.... Stock shocks with Eibach springs is a good setup or for adjustablity - KYB AGX shocks with Eibachs or it you have the money - Tein Flex Coilovers. Fully adjustable.

yipeee!!!
That looks great. :duffer: Seems like Lots of zed's in and out of bodyshop at the moment.

What Have they done....
oh dear oh dear. Look how the front bumper is higher at the front, that it is at the sides, as it has been pulled up high at the front to get it to fit. The Sideskirts are too square and cheap looking. The Wide arches are pathetic. Like the rear Rear bumper, and colour is ok.

performance in a zed isnbt good

Anyone know this car
Lol, what a confusing thread. Its a Jap Import, with completly standard Jap lights/lamps all round.
