brake pads
Not overkill at all. Low noise, good from cold..etc A good Fast road pad. Smithy is doing some Larger DBA Discs with caliper spacers which look like a good deal. Alternatively Brembo Plain discs (work just as well as grooved/drilled but without the noise, pad wear and higher risk of warping)

What do you NOT like about 300zx.co.uk
I dont dislike anything. You cant please everyone all of the time, so why try. I dont get involved in the pointless threads, or the posts that dont interest me and by ignoring them it consequently does'nt bother me. I choose what to read and what to reply to, Simple as that.

Exhaust Drone
did they retain the H-pipe, fit a X-pipe or get rid of the joining pipe completley, just before the back boxes ? The original H-pipe was designed to reduce that drone that is common with the zed engine.

£30.01
Mines a Manual TT. Manual will be better on fuel than an Auto. Sound like your clutch is slipping
-
£30.01
depends on wether that was round town or motorway, at what speeds, how much throttle...etc I can do 200 miles at 80mph on £30 Motorway driving...but around town that would be a LOT less.
