  1. Yes, the dreaded Code34. Its a fair amount of labour involved to replace (and about £100'ish) for the sensor. or you can bypass it in minutes for a few pence
  2. dont forget probable braking of at least one of the cars before collision
  3. Thats terrible :( He was seen and was reported several times, as per the News link above. It just takes time to get units mobile and to the correct part of the motorway. I dont know that particular area but often a motorway junction can be a good 10-15mins drive from town/police station and that is if they get on at the correct junction when they may not know the vehicles exact location and speed.
  4. I would say you almost certainly dont have a proper HID conversion in there. Prices start at around £250+ (and will be the same brightness as 99 spec and new Bmw's, Mercs, police..etc) Changing bulbs will make very little difference if the inside of the headlight unit is dirty (very common problem) http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=60949
  5. I have done the throttle body modification myself and there is a lot of controvesy about it. I noticed no difference in performance...and then recently somebody dynoed their zed with and without mod, and it put out more power with it left alone !
  6. G-tech meter can measure lateral G
  7. Goodyear F1 GSD3. http://www.mytyres.net Most commonly top recomended Tyre for the Zed
  8. as Z31's go that is nice. But you dont buy a zed for economy.....it lacks two vital components - nice power delivery and the right noises.
  9. bad reports in the U.S of these failing and cuasing serious damage ! not all, just some. do a search for Venom injectors on here
  10. One more pic...especially for Pk1 ;)
  11. 27 litre Rolls Royce engine ! Red Room!
  12. Schumachers (old)Ferrari
  13. When there's something strange in your neighbourhood...who you gonna call....
  14. Might have some drive-by video footage in the next few days
  15. Just got back. Great to see old and and new faces. Will get some pics up soon.
  16. Sudesh, your to quick. beat me to it lol
  17. Strosek are a Tuning/styling company who were originally intended to be an Authorised Tuner/Aftermarket parts supplier for the 300zx (in the sam way Alpina are to Bmw, AMG are to Merc...etc) but the deal fell through so they went ahead and did it seperatly. Bodywork, Wheels, interior..etc Mostly cater for Porsches now. Most strosek kitted zed's are copies of the original bodykit.
  18. Yami (red swb strosek) Pic on Homepage, and this page http://www.zcentre.co.uk/spoilers/zc022a.htm But there are quite a few wide arch zed's on there, especially in the gallery
  19. Yep, exactly same for me. All of those you listed were cheapest for me.
  20. and auto camshaft profiles
  21. Nope ...next :D
  22. It does sound like its a Z31, and tbh if it was a Z32 at that price then it would cost you more in the long run than buying a decent one in the first place. (unless it really is a case of seller not knowing what he's doing...one of those one-off dream purchases we all have)
