  1. Z center are not a trader on this forum anymore, the best way to Contact them is by phone.
  2. :headvswal Ring any bells! ;)
  3. Welcome :) the 1st is more than likely propshaft centre bearing, the 2nd would be impossible to diagnose on a forum but it could be the prop too. Other problems could be tension arm bushings, wheels out of balance, alignment, bukcled alloys, severly warped discs Your nearest Zed specialst is Ztech (between newbury and Swindon), might be worth popping it down to them. Why does your TT have no turbo gauge ? If its older than 95 it should have one as standard, best get an Aftermarket one asap! Other ways to tell for possible problems would be smoke at idle, and on boost, but you really do need a Boost guage. Its always worth doing an ECU test too : http://www.ttzd.com/tech/diagnostictech.html
  4. and that wraps this thread up :D
  5. hope this helps http://www.300zx.lv/catalog/?gr=F&sec=370
  6. when have we been censored into posting bad experiences with garages/traders ?????
  7. If I have the family in the car, then its mostly sensible with the odd boot (as much as I can without getting told off :nono: ) When Im on my own then its "Nicki Lauder".....although I dont drive wrecklessly...just spirited  Not quite Si, the damage was done before you purchased it and was not caused by driving style.
  8. Stock springs and Shocks will be worn at this age/mileage anyway, unless already replaced. new Stock shocks are not bad, and a set of Eibach springs makes a big difference. They have progessive fronts and lower by about 0.8" and will work on Stock or uprated shocks. The Stock Rears are £30+vat each, but fronts are more like £100 each. So your looking at around £300 for the full set of stock shocks. However for that price you can get a set of KYB AGX adustable shocks (Smithy has them for around £300 on his website). They are better than stock, and give you easy adjustablity, and are a very popular upgrade.

9.5psi / 0.66 bar (ignore the stock boost gauge, its useless)
  10. No rear headrest option, but how old is she.....becuase to be honest if she is big enough for her head to be higher than the seat back, then she's probably too big to actually fit her legs in there. With the bucket seat base, the actual height from bottom to top is a lot more than it looks. The seats are great for kids, but ever so painful for adults :(

Whats happening in regards to our own late night party, with us being right next to the Camping area, and it looks like the organisers have tried to prevent it this year by organising an official Disco/Entertainment ?
  12. You definatly should'nt have any problems with fitting in, Im 6ft 2", and I've met several owners over 6ft 5" It Sounds like the seat was at its highest point, and probably with the seatbase angled up too. Did you try all the adjustments, Its 8 way adjustable (each of the 2 buttons, can be moved up, down, left and right)
  13. yep, I've been argueing with the Host all weekend   I had an old email address on their system, and my Credit card expired.... They sent emails to old email address, I did'nt get them, they suspend account Sunday morning. I update credit card expirt date on there control panel as soon as I realised on sunday......then they tell me Accounts department not open till Tuesday so they cant process it till then !!  Im Fuming....How can they suspend my account on a Sunday, without the power to reinstate it till Tuesday :nono: :nono: :slap:
  14. All these threads about Moderation seem a big fuss about nothing, which have all started becuase Paul vs Ryan thread was Moderated. That thread was correctly moderated.....Paul had has his say, and rightly so, but others were joining in, and Ryan was away on Holiday. So it was rightly closed, until Ryan returns and can reply. Without taking sides, you can't say fairer than that !
  15. Is that it...what about tomorrow !? :p
  16. That is a set of 180kph jap clocks, with a MPH face over the top. Get a set of UK clocks. Its the best all-round solution, but a Convertor will do the job its just not as ideal (I had a convertor on my TT for a year, and my NA only has a convertor). p.s Its a TT, you will go over 112mph, even if you dont mean to ;) . I think chunk hit close to 170mph 'ish on the Straights at Bruntingthorpe, and I expect the straigthts at Japfest are a lot more than 112mph
  17. Wow...engine certainly was in a sorry state then. :( Unfortunatly it only takes one previous owner to abuse the maintainence (low oil, low water or detting from excessive boost/underfueling..etc) on any engine and the results are passed onto the unsuspecting new owner. Glad its on the mend, and she'll be back on the road soon.
  18. This is odd....I have had datascan running on Series 2 TT's, and NA's I can't see that being the issue...but does'nt leave any options left :( Have Blazt replied with any advice/solutions ?
  19. Have a look at products such as winlite and minlogin. Winlite allows you to create stripped down installations of XP and minlogin replaces the standard winlogin for faster (auto) login. There are loads of tips and guides out there. One thing I will point out is to avoid going overboard with the Ram. Most Carputers will be configured to boot from Hibernation for the fastest boot time, however the more Ram you have the longer Hibernation takes ! No need to exceed 512mb !
  20. Yep :D I pointed to Abi "a zed" ...then half a second later..."another zed" ! Took me by suprise did'nt get a chance to flash
  21. Welcome to the Club :D
  22. Sounds like it could be a problem with the MAF.
