If anyone wants to save themselves some hassle, I have USB and Serial cables with the PCB boards built in that will work with Zcontrol, Datascan, Ztalk and many more in stock for £45 + P&P

In a straight line they are just about quicker than a completely stock TT, until you reach high speeds (where apons the zed would leave it behind). But a mildly modified zed will eat a VX. Around the tight twisties they are little rockets though.

Toyo T1s is a good tyre, many use them on zed's. However tyre places can usually get whatever tyre you want in the same day, as they get daily deliveries.

Never heard of the prop failing through power, but there are 1 piece carbon versions available. Roll cage, seam welding and Foam injection would be ideal for Chassis stiffening.
