1. Mx5 - its an easily resellable asset, or an alternative car. I guess it also depends on your current TV and how much you watch TV.
2. On other forum you said it was 55 cmHg. cmHG is not the same as kg/cm^2 55 cmHG = 10.6 psi 0.55 kg/cm^2 = 7.8 psi
3. That looks....weird
4. 10w40 for stock to mildly modified 10w60 for Highly Modified (much larger turbos) 5w40 for winter
5. ^^ definaite flare/line on the Slicktop....not sure about the LWB
6. I see what your saying Richard..but the offset on stock wheels are so weak that they sit way inside the arch/bumper that the flare would not be needed. Plus im not so sure its an actual outward flare, rather than juts a seam line for design purposes ?
7. Mine showing the flare (I think?) ..looking at other pics..Im not sure now. lol
8. red lights (reflectors) is Jap Import and U.S spec.
9. Looking at pics of mine - Its Flared (93 Slicktop) I cant tell with my old 92 TT - the black paint hides it in pics. What year is yours and what year is hollandrob91's ? 100% sure there is a difference and its not just the pics ?
10. Noticed before...but always just presumed it was lighting/angle of pics....
11. an All-nighter tonight to watch the F1 and hopefully fix my sleep patterns which is ****ed up atm.
12. Tyre size does not determine tyre pressures. Stick to stock recommended +/- 2psi for your own preference/driving conditions. Typically * : front : 32-34 psi Rear : 34-36 psi *cold temperatures
13. That looks incredible !:w00t: Sure!, if I can help with anything then count me in. Anglesey and Knockill are prob too far, but Brands hatch and possibly the others.
14. Bonnet is the same. Tailgate and Rear bumper are different and will not fit.
15. Its going to cost you £150-£200 for a set of hubcentric spacers all round to fix the offset, and they are not very wide. Bear in mind most people fit 8.5" up front and 9.5" rear to the Z, and many go wider still. If you've not paid I would leave them, otherwise I would sell them on.
16. Looking forward to seeing the pics :)
17. Australian GP Practice sessions kicking off atm. The new channel seems pretty good. Martin Brundle and Ted Kravitz moved from BBC to Sky, and then you have Damon Hill, and the ex-F1 test driver and familiar face to BBC F1 fans - Anthony Davidson. Then those I'm less familiar with, but other sports fans may know - David Croft, Natalie Pinkham, Simon Lazenby and Georgie Thompson - mostly from 5 live Sport or other Sky Sport commentary.
18. I dislike pretty much every spoiler out there for the Z.....but I really like both of these. Was not familiar with the CSL spoiler, but having trouble choosing between them myself now.
19. Fantastic, Im going to see if I can make it to some of the events.
20. Falkens 452's are a very popular road tyre for z's. Not the highest performing but very good for the cost. Dry yes, Wet - big no ! ...and expensive. They are a Road legal track day tyre -- Stiff sidewalls, more road noise, high wear rates, terrible in the wet, but amazing warmed up in the dry.
21. a T-reg Z, 1998? - is extremely rare...all but a handull of them in the UK, I would leave it as it is....such a late example would be worth more later on than one thats modified. If its a TT you want then sell it for a healthy sum and find yourself a Decent TT instead imo.
22. The Lens is clear. Groover was explaining that its the housing inside that is dark, given the smoked appearance. So by taking apart and changing the colour inside to silver/chrome you can alter the appeared tint from smoked to clear...if thats your preference.
23. UK - MJP , Nissan US - Z1, CZP
24. Stock 99spec indicators are smoked. Im not sure if anyone has made clear versions of them. Never buy OEM parts from Zcentre though, always overpriced.
