It uses its own seperate belt, so No replacement needed. Disconnect outdoors, and dont breath in the gas...its invisible and does'nt smell either...but poisonous.

  3. I'd have a guess at 1:31 - 1:32 for a completely stock example. As for a well sorted example....all depends on how sorted. The SPL Time attack 300zx for example was beating Highly tuned (600bhp+) Porsche GT2's/ GT3's on track...so you've got to be looking at top 10 there.
  4. Its just the 1 wire...from memory the White one goes to the Det sensor and the Black wire is not connected but acts as a shield. Although I could'nt tell you which side Im afraid without looking and I've removed mine so I cant help further....
  5. Yep, Valet key wont unlock Glovebox. Its missing a groove along its length that the other keys have.
  6. That bumper uses standard fogs and standard 89-98 Indicators Try one of the zed breakers in Traders section
  7. Im Very interested!
  8. How would that affect price John, with less people ?
  9. GPS is about as accurate as you get. The speedo isn't.
  10. Here's a little tip - The fuel gauge is as accurate as the other gauges !
  11. When Nissan stopped making them they were popping up on ebay for nearly £400. THere is a company making replica's and charging £100 though
  12. Nope, never heard of it, but a big of googling and it seems they are some sort of Japanese parts company. The 300zx came with - Titanium key - Very expensive - a Black Spare key - A red Valet key
  13. It offers no downforce, it will however help reduce positive lift by cleaning the path of air where it leaves the rear of the car. Its negligible though. I've never noticed any difference with spoilers removed in many Z's at very high speed.
  14. My 5 nearest stores out of stock....but I found 2 stores in cornwall that have them
  15. Running with MAF disconnected will give similar symptons to having Wet maf
  16. I wouldn't say that...its just not my preference. The figures I posted above are for the TT and NA Manual. TT auto is 263 bhp and 269 ft lbs torque NA auto is same as NA Manual.
  17. I saw 13 yesterday!
  18. The joint where the hicas arm attaches to the hub.
  19. Yep, have removed about 30 odd Hicas arms with it :) Called Balljoint remover / Balljoint breaker
  20. Yes, thats what I use. A large 2 prong fork, stick in between the balljoint and attack with hammer.
  21. Non-Turbo 230 bhp with 200 Ib/ft Torque 0-60 is 7 secs Top speed is approx 150mph (with limiter removed) With Induction kit, decat, exhaust, Headers and a chip your looking at 240-245hp Twin Turbo 280-300 bhp with 280 Ib/ft Torque 0-60 is 5.5 secs Top speed is approx 175 mph (with limiter removed) With Induction kit, Exhaust, Chip, 1bar boost your looking at 350-380hp Test drive several of each before making up your decision. They each have their own benefits. You cant beat the TT for outright performance and tunablity, and a TT Manual will always be my favourite but NA's are still great fun to drive and Personally I would take a NA Manual over a TT auto. You also have the choice of bodies. LWB (4 seater), SWB (2 seater), Targa / slicktop / Convertable All UK models are LWB Twin Turbo. Imports were available as TT or NA , LWB(4seater) or SWB(2seater). Nearly all are Targa roof but the SWB's were also available as Slicktop(Metal roof) or Convertible(folding hood).
  22. The 328i will be lighter than the M3. But things like Wheelbase, wheel track and even more important - "suspension condition" will make one car feel heavier and lazier than another. Most Zed's are running around on tired old shocks, springs and bushes; the difference even just replacing parts with new stock parts is massive. The zed weights about the same as most Powerfull RWD Coupes - M3, Supra, GTR, 911 ..etc There are a fair amount of threads on here about weight, but it varies depending on spec..... Approximate figures LWB TT is around 1560-1580 kg SWB TT is around 1530-1550 kg Slicktop TT is around 1480-1500 kg LWB NA is around 1470-1490 kg SWB NA is around 1440-1460 kg Slicktop NA is around 1400-1420 kg
  23. 500kg no. They weigh about same as a Slicktop TT, and about 100kg less than a 2+2 TT
