  1. CZ325500.. My CZ32 vin with the last two digits missing, 10 characters, I don't think it's a hanging offence to put figures out of the box
  2. Yeh and Yowser is always there with them in post 2......Top man indeed :thumbup1:
  3. Same for me Gaz but mine when I was 17 was a blue 1.6S R plate, loved it and paid £425.00, my next car and I was probably 18 was also a Capri but a 2.0 Ghia, loved it even more and cost me about £1500, this was a V plate in green  Great trim on the old Ghia's. Did look into buying a Brooklands or a 280 but TBH I don't like them anymore for me to buy one for nostalgic purposes
  4. Surely you are going over the top.....it was only a wheely bin :whistling:
  5. Get 5 litres of the red stuff, depends on your rad size but that should be roughly 50/50
  6. There are a lot of the same filter....so my guess is..........there is only the 1
  7. Emailed, I have told him to remove his own email address but if a mod beats him to it?
  8. I have made an enquiry and I can get hold of any colour, so I could actually do you a blue one Ian  I might well put an order in and have a variety all ready. Certainly thinking of getting the blue then, green certainly, but what about yellow  not really any more colours that could be used :thumbup1:
  9. Easy done I suppose :tt2: Thank you very much all received now
  10. No!!!! Just checked Rich and nothing  Did get your text though :cool3:
  11. I think you refer to white or whatever colour acrylic sheets they use now for splashbacks. I bought a small piece for a basin splashback and I am very happy with it, looks modern, just stuck it on with silicone and just put dummy mirror dome screw heads one in each corner. My shower has cracked tiles and tatty grouting/siliconing, so I am going to get 3 large pieces of 3mm thickness and just stick them over, silicone to tidy. Yeh I say go for it :cool3:
  12. They were all green and optional extras, the reverse panel, quarter window inserts and the kick plate sills :cool3:
  13. Dill as been emailed. Thank you for assistance Graham :thumbup1:
  14. The glass does still have a tint - a bronze tint specifically on my Jap, I have just darkened up the quarter window with a 50% tint, nothing much wrong with yours Daffy
  15. It is from the Young Ones yes, spelt my own special way  If you want to put up your email address on a public forum then go ahead, once I have it you can always edit it out sharpish. The trouble with blue, it may attract the attention of the police with it being the emergency colour, and having spent time and trouble converting the panel the last thing you want is grief. Blue inside the car yes but not on the outside. Red is the safe option, especially on the rear, matches perfectly the back lights and looks similar in appearance to the 99 spec rear panel
  16. Yep no problem at all....as long as the colour you want is red
  17. I got a genuine light up panel but that to did not work, the invertor was fine but the EL Panel not so, age had taken it's toll. Was OEM green of course but now converted to red  I have exactly what you need for your little project but without the benefit of pee emming you I dont know how we can proceed?
  18. Thanks Graham, I will pm him EDIT: Ooops I cannot!!!!

  20. You cannot beat ceramic floor tiles in the bathroom, I have just done 5 square mts in mine, marble effect, flexible grout and all that, I have done a very good job (he types beating ones chest!!!!). Cost £10.00 per square metre that's all. Adhesive £15.00, grout £6.00. Dont fit the wood as you will only have issues in the future as it's practically impossible to keep water off it.
  21. Spot on :mad2: Often I see 'advertised elsewhere so I reserve the right to end the auction early' :surrender: Good luck with your purchase though, you did seem very keen on it :thumbup1:
  22. Your HID lights dont flash as such, takes them 30 secs from cold to get up to speed. Halogens are made to flash not HID's
  23. This is the common misconception with this modification. Your mod and the earthing of the fat green wire of pin 5 of the relay work exactly the same. When our cars left the factory and before HID lights existed, with dipped on and you flash or go to main beam the dipped lights go out for as long as you are pulling back the stalk, then they revert back again, all your mod does is stop this from happening. This diode mod will do that also, but it's selling point is that it stops the hid lights from coming on when you flash in the daytime, ie when your hid lights are in the off position
  24. Very kind comments thank you, it's why I did it, Andy. Here it is migrated over
  25. If you kindly check out this link again from post 7 http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=117007 You will notice I have added a bit of a 'How To' following on from Graham's lead post, about the HID light modification. It might persuade some of you to give it a go. Please no posts in the Storage Area section unless it adds to what is there, thank you........ewe I sound like a moderator :tt2:
