  5. Thinking I was helping, I rewrote stuff, in hindsight I should of just left it to an expert  We will try the link tomorrow, thank you kindly
  6. I have a sensible question!! My son dropped my wifes little compaq netbook, it would just loop when turned on after that. I then from internet info deleted stuff in a long process and it now works again but as lost all pictures, etc, most of the stuff that was on it. There is nothing on it that I can see much less than mine as we have the same, but it says low or critical disc space, she cannot do what she wants on it because of this, mine as plenty of space. Can you help with this Rob as I am sure there is something hidden somewhere that we cannot find

  9. Exactly what I did Ian, didn't take the bonnet off though  And Marty there is really nothing wrong with the Pilkington one, suggest you make an enquiry and then weigh up from there bud
  10. With all the modern bulbs these days, we all should fit fast flash relays, easily bought from the far east and cheap, just above the pedals and is an easy swop over. Of course if you do have a problem on the six winkers you will not have a cabin warning to let you know
  11. My Pilkington one is bronze with a green sunstrip top, although I am not sure if Nissan do call this blue as it is like a jade colour. The numbers on mine are M473 AS1 DOT 49 43R - 001082 It is also laminated and E2 marked
  12. Perhaps Marty you can mention to Autoglass that Pilkington make one for our cars as I got one through my insurer. And they got it quick, colour was also correct as you state
  13. How about unlock it and then open the door, the light will then come on :tongue_smilie: I have wired my side lights and stereo to stay on with the engine for as long as the turbo timer is set for :cool3: Something clever what my merc as done recently, the front winker bulb is out and of course I get fast flash on that side but the clever Germans have done it where the front driving/fog lamp flashes as a substitute indication, and lets me know of course that it as done that on the drivers display on the dash
  14. He got it when Noah broke the Ark
  15. Size doesn't matter after all....pheww :clown:
  16. If you aint done owt on the car and you've not done Ian's or my EL sheets, WTF have you been doing :2guns:
  17. I only have one locking nut currently on each wheel at the minute Ian
  18. You were only a mile from my house there Lee, you should of stopped by  I've seen that one about but I have not as yet been able to make contact.
  19. How do you know for sure you have bought JDM, sounds like you have bought UK mirrors to me. 7 wires are required for heated, fold in and for adjusting on my 1994 J spec :thumbup1:
  20. Take it steady the next 5,000 miles until it's 'run in', then it will repay you for the next 10 years
  21. Our German Shep is the same, the vac lives in the garage and just getting it out freaks her out and makes her edgy as hell, she wants to get away from it at all costs.
  22. Gary, it's 'don't bite the hand that feeds you' bud
  23. He his there, seen chatting and driving in his transit but the green screen visible through his windows is going the wrong way :2guns: Superb!!! It happens in every episode :confused1: Also what about 'The Garage' on quest - anybody?? Can you tell Quest is my favourite channel - Am going out in a minute, gonna get myself a life
  24. Is there anybody out there who watches this? Often Drew is seen in his van driving backwards  Repeated all the time but if you keep your eye out for the cement mixer one, episode 5, they walk into a scrapyard passing a black Z31  http://www.tvguide.co.uk/episodeguide.asp?title=Salvage+Hunters&
