  1. Eeek only 54 - it does question your own mortality, such a shame
  2. Sleepless in Southport  The guys a wreck and OMG those bags
  3. It appears as each day is passing it is slowly warming up - stating now for Saturday a truly glorious 24 degrees
  4. Looking good, I just need to valet mine and this will be done on Thursday afternoon. I have got an inverter out for you - will you be fitting there and then
  5. I am waiting for you as I have no fixed plans for Friday, got all day, ultimately ending up at JAE at no later than 5pm as I want a good tent pitch away from the riff raff
  6. Convoy to Coleshill it is then  Sure you'll sort it yourself Daz or at least to a stage where you will be happy with it.
  7. I will just bump this having just seen a Wales convoy thread. Daz's having trouble with his car and I do still expect him to go but will still like some more to join us  Anybody else travelling on the Friday?
  8. Ditto....but feel they do need that or similar kit to compliment
  9. I've just bought some more from this seller as I am prepping some headlights on the bench and fitting some halos whilst I am at it  http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/160811439573?var=460075213522&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649#ht_6427wt_852 I happen to think the 50w halogen bulbs in the main beam work very well and project the light much further than my HID dipped, of course as Gerry as said if you had H1 HID's here when you flash from cold you would only get a girly bit of a flicker :glare:
  10. Chevette dude, my mum had one, didn't look like that one though
  11. I did those to his remit but I must admit they are growing on me and look great on his silver Z and it was seeing this pic that prompted me to do a set as I was getting bored just doing 99 spec copies, haha. EDIT: Link added in post 7. I have since done Dave a reverse panel lit up in blue with lines in the 4 lenses to match the clear tails he has. I think the tail lights look wrong without the lines, a bit bare if you like. And yes you should target the rust instead of fa**ying around with your lights
  12. Thank you guys for the kind comments. I will be taking some 99 copy tails to JAE, I believe these are the next best thing to original 99's. Tonight on ebay I am listing a set of clear top and bottom ones, these do involve more work but I thought for a change I would make some up  EDIT: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/130751261874?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1586.l2649#ht_1137wt_1550
  13. Oh dear, I can give you Daz's number if you like and you can arrange something together this weekend
  14. Can we all wear our ID badges, I know I have mine ready, might look a bit of a berk wearing it but at least you will know who you're talking to when I randomly come over and chat to you :shifty: After all, with this being my 3rd consecutive visit I don't know everybody and don't expect everyone to know me  Also, I am printing off some info/spec list on my car and putting it in the window for passes by to see/read, my user name will be on it also, so even other members will know which members car they are looking at
  15. If you don't sort it before Daz I am sure you will get folk helping you at JAE, after all Jeff will actually be there
  16. Mine just needs a good old valet and I will set to next week, vaccing, washing and polishing, then I'll be ready  I have also looked at the weather and we are in luck, certainly through to Thursday we have good dry weather forecast at roughly 20 degrees with high pressure bossing  Bring it on
  17. Yep just got mine, many thanks for the great service
  18. Oh I'm pleased Lee you went and met Lee  But he his my Z mechanic not yours  See you at JAE.
  19. Happy Birthday Dave and what an oppurtunity to post up a pick of your preZZie
  20. Great question....most probably be 2k high build though
  21. Blimey, be patient, the club as probably not got their batch yet, any day I expect and they will then be sent out
  22. If this is a guess what's wrong with my car thread then I will go with an immobiliser issue. Not in a million years can it be anything else on such a fine vehicle, basically go back to where you've been messing
  23. Haha that's funny !!! I suggest you liaise with Mr. Dent and give him a pm tonight and see what his plans are
  24. You must see my good friends Lee Dent and Rebel Scum and visit their garage in Shrewsbury Lee
  25. I used my pressure washer 120 or 130b I think it is, to just 'rinse' the zed once and was holding it well away and it still took paint off my back spoiler :stupid: If it's just for the car then fine but for drives and other jobs where you need more wumph then no :thumbup1:
