Gave mine in yesterday and collecting them tommorrow(they were ready today but couldnt get down there). Will be building them up tommorrow and hopefully getting them back in aswell. If anyone is interested i might be getting another set made up which i will sell as a complete unit already chromed. This just depends if i can get hold of a passenger side piece of glass as my one has a stonechip out of it. If all goes well you could turn the car round in a few hours and sell the original lamps!

Had a minor disaster today when the lower radiator hose decided to split in 2 places at 2pm in Reading. Called the breakdown truck and got on to Ryan, and even though he was up to his eyes in it, told me to bring it in. I was back on the road again within 30 mins of getting there, which saved my bacon for getting into work for nightshift! I have been a Z owner for nearly 6 years and the service that the boys at Z tech provide is second to none. Keep it up lads! ;)

Iwould like to join group buy! My front lights have a great big stonechip and i have to replace the glass anyway. Is it possible to get just the glass (Passenger Side)? If so anyone got this? If not i will need a new unit.

Cheers SRRAE, Going to a rolling road day soon so i will probably try and get this set up working better. I am a complete novice when it comes to setting up boost controllers so it is best left to the proffessionals :cool:

Anyone else running Greddy e-manage and Apexi AVC-R boost controller? Or with a different boost controller? I am toying with the idea of changing the Apexi for the Greddy E0-1 as i have been told my zed is not as quick as it should be which is probably down to the package not correctly set up properly. Just wondering if it would improve things if i was using the Greddy boost controller instead?

Has it been involved in any accidents that u know of, or had a partial respray? Should all be the same colour all over.

Mines the same colour. If u look at it under certain lights i.e petrol station forecourts you will see that it turns an almost purple colour. Whereas in bright sunlight it is light blue almost a sort of greeny colour. I agree with Leigh this is a very rare colour dont change it! BLUE IS BEST!!! :dance:

Anyone got any links on how to install new front speakers. Just bought a set of components to replace the standard ones. Does the whole door panel need to be removed or is there an easier way?

Have been looking into getting this and search showed that there was a Group Buy about 1 1/2 years ago, then it looked like another one was going to be arranged and it all fell through or never took off? Thought id gauge interest to see if people are still looking for this and perhaps we could try to get the group buy up and running again :hyper:

I was told that if i get the toad fitted with microwave sensors then it wouldnt be Cat 1 anymore as when it was presented to Thatcham for testing it had ultrasonics? Sounds good if u can just turn off the ultrasonics if targa is off. I presume that the alarm would then be triggered if somebody opened a door then?

Can the toad be armed with targas off? Am i right in saying that it would need microwave sensors?

My old alarm has packed in so looking to replace it with one of the following: Toad Ai606 Clifford concept 650 Autowatch TE Line What has everyone else got? Ideally would like one that could be armed with the targas off.

Got mine insured with Carol Nash as a second car, 27, £200! Limited the mileage to 4000 per year and they dont use your no claims bonus either so it is free for your other car. Also got my daily runner Renault 19 insured with them also as a classic car and it costs me £100 more a year!!! Work that one out. :rofl:

At last! After a long winter z is coming out of hibernation. Booked into Z Tech at end of the month to get it serviced and to sort out the niggley problems that drive me insane! I am also looking for some ideas as to what to do next. Was going to go wide arch as wheels were rubbing but a smaller tyre seems to have sorted this out so now open to suggestions. At present z has: HKS downpipes and Mongoose exhaust system HKS sidemount intercoolers HKS Mushroom air filter Greddy e Manage (full kit with all accessories and software) Apexi AVC-R Boost controller (set at 1 bar) Unorthodox Racing full pulley set Brembo R33 Calipers/Discs/Porterfield pads RPS Street Max clutch Fidanza Flywheel Let me here your suggestions!

Cheers, had a suspision that the offset wasnt correct. As long as the kit is no wider than the mirrors it will fit in the garage. Time to decide on which rear spoiler and bumper to go for now!

Just had a blowout on the M4 and when i examined the tyre it looks like the inside wall has been rubbing on either bodywork or suspension. Running 265/35/18 tyres at moment on either 10 or 10.5x18 wheels (cant remember!) Ive been going to put a wide arch kit on for a while now so the time has now come. Question is will it still fit in garage with wide arch kit?
