Wiring harnesses - from pod to headlights?
the harness from the pods is separate from that in the wings, but if your thinking of taking it out its a big ask job. for starters it's dash out, seats out, all aircon parts out including heater matrix out. I've done it once before and my guides in the faq section for swapping out manual style aircon to digital type. just follow that guide to get the loom out, the loom in the wings are completely separate.

Any Suggestions ??
And i'm sure a mod will take it back off again as even though it could be on purpose it might as well be an accident. How would you like your personal info published online for all to see. Just saying could go both ways.

Spun it accidentally in the dry
No sh!t, caught me totally of guard, luckily for me I never hit any other parked cars or my own zed.

Spun it accidentally in the dry
Just left my work and managed to do a 180 in the car park in the dry. As I reversed out of my parking space and round a bend somehow the clutch came off then rebit, in the second or so panic I took my foot off the accelerator then back on again just as it rebit in second gear. Now as I was turning the corner when the clutch re engadged and I had my foot on the accelerator the zed instantly spun 180 where she stood without the front wheels barely moving. My heart jumped out my body via my arse, I quickly jumped out checked everything out and luckily all is well and no damage, but if it slipped or should say unslipped what could have caused that?

Fitting aftermarket radiator
Now if your planning on keeping the auto which you likely are then I believe you need to have an extra oil cooler for that too i'm afraid. But if anyone else can confirm to be sure go ahead.

Fitting aftermarket radiator
Its part of the rad that you want to replace

Fitting aftermarket radiator
Ah, if you have an auto and I believe uk zeds there is an integrated oil cooler in the oem rad. you can bypass this on the box buy using a short piece of pipe.

Fitting aftermarket radiator
I've got a toyo aftermarket and no issues with fitting. It slides into the two mount holes at the bottom easily and the top water pipe holds it in place so it doesn't jump about.

1 Year on and a bit - who remembers the old forum ?
Fairly understandable about lots of confusion, aswell as a new design we also lost some older features. But it was done for the safety of our member database foremost and features second as the forum software was so out of date that there was so many known hacks available that would have allowed the system and members details to be compromised. Unfortunately also since it was so old; a lot of the features were incompatible on the newer platform too. So it would have been;keep all features with the risk of been ass raped or lose some features in the knowing your ass would be safe for the considerable future. What would you have all picked ?:innocent:
