Brake Discs & Pads
The zeds been stood up for nearly 2 years and the breaks are worse for wear now so need replacement. So what's the best for under or around the £200 mark ? Any recommendations ?

JaiKai - Full rebuild & Respray
Only had an hour at the garage today due to weather conditions but I managed to wire up my two horns and test fit my bumper again. Must say I was very excited to see the bumper on for the first time in over 6 months. Just need to properly bolt it on and fit my new fog and side lights.

Oil Presure Sender (left or Right)
Cheers, Just going to buy a bspt t adaptor to fit two sender's at the left side.

What did you do to your zed today?
Been raining all night but the suns out now here in Troon so I'm heading for a day at my garage.

Oil Presure Sender (left or Right)
Makes sense but I always thought the uk and japspec were on the drivers right side of the engine.

Oil Presure Sender (left or Right)
So my series 4 original loom has the sender to the passenger side and previously I've sacrificed the original location and functionality of the gauge to install my after market one. Now that I've installed a new harness I have an additional plug back on the drivers side. That's great news as the oem gauge and after market will work but my issue is now after I took the bolt off the oil tree it seems the steering rack is in the way so I can't seem to fit it. Does anyone have a pic so I can see it installed ? Hopefully I don't have to remove the steering rack just to install the sender unit.

Driver side turbo vac pipe
When the engine was rebuilt there was red vac pipe installed and it doesn't go with my engine bay colour scheme. So I ripped it out then realised not so easy to fit back in.

Don't think they are standard but only the series 4 and higher zeds have the mounts for them.

Driver side turbo vac pipe
Yeh, The pipes that goto the turbo actuators. I can feel where it goes barely but can't see how I can put a new pipe on.

JaiKai - Full rebuild & Respray
Also rebuilt the top of the plenum, so that's the balance bar bolted down, the fuel rail installed and hooked up the fuel filter too.

Driver side turbo vac pipe
nope, No way in hell I could get that vac pipe on with a clip to go. The wife can get her hand in but not sure if she can do it either.

Driver side turbo vac pipe
How the hell do I get into this to change? I've jacked the car up and can't get anywhere near it.

Stock Safety Boost Solenoids
Unless you want to buy me a boost controller, lol I'm a little strapped for cash at the moment so need the cheapest solution to get the zed fired up and working.
-
Stock Safety Boost Solenoids
I don't have one so need to reinstate the stock system.
-
Stock Safety Boost Solenoids
Can the stock pipes still be ordered, not sure how to hook this up again using normal parts.
-
Stock Safety Boost Solenoids
So are these needed ? After my engine rebuild these came back removed and I no longer have the pipe work for them. I understand how they are plumbed in but the stock hoses have restrictors in them too which I no longer have. Also I don't have a manual boost controller. Cheers Lee

Accordion pipe nipples
On the actual soft pipe there is only 1 on the left side and 0 on the right. Both hard pipes going to the turbos further down have each got a niple.

Accordion pipe nipples
just heading to the garage now so I can check mine. There not connected and I have a set of originals and z1 versions.
